Yeah, I once complained because I thought my car's paintwork had been scratched by the machine (or leftover grit in the bristles) I was confronted very much with a we don't care, not our fault or problem attitude. Admittedly I still go there to use the wash since it's still the best (only?) attended automatic car wash in west fife, but it's only out of reluctant laziness. I guess I can see why they aren't too bothered about losing a customer or two they profit by volume, not individual customer care. Great, dropped in on the off chance of getting my car valeted. They were able to fit me in, so decided to get their full valet as haven't had my car valeted for about 8 months after a bad experience elsewhere in Dunfermline, I returned for my car after a 3 hour shopping trip. I've never had my car valeted to this standard before, I did have juice stains on the back seat that others hadn't been able to remove, down the side of the front seat have been cleaned, all the areas that really annoy me that normally get missed they got, even around the fuel cap area was all cleaned, the car still smells great after 10 days I will be returning more often, really nice people too.
