I had a fairly small claim which is why I was surprised our insurance company didn't want to cover the full amount needed to rebuild. I called this company not really knowing what this process was all about and the owner answered all my questions, explained the process, showed up and was very down to earth and polite. The end result was more than what we were originally offered by the insurance company but not what the adjuster had estimated so he ended up not charging me at all. He even talked to us about next steps if we wanted to take the claim further. Like I said, this was a smaller claim than what this company is used to dealing with I'm sure, but the owner never made us feel like we were bothering him or he was doing us a favor.
