The on-site Manager is excellent, the support staff are very friendly and professional. Always right on a problem, which has been rare so far. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Homeland, Kum&Go, several restaurants, and banking nearby. All are within walking distance. Our children are grown and we are not from Muskogee, so I could not attest to schools in the area. There is a nightly, competent, security patrol. I have been in law enforcement and security for over 30 years So others who are in this line of work KNOW what I mean by competent. The apartments are roomy and have a homey feel. We could not be happier. And the cat likes it too!!! We have been there almost a year and have no plans of moving anytime soon!!!!

My floors in the bathroom, which are linoleum, have came up from water damage from me just regularly bathing my son. It has been a month now since I talked to her about it and they still are not fixed. The blinds on the patio door are very cheaply made and break almost instantly just by moving them. But overall the property manager is great at her job and the apartment is wonderful. The property manager is very respectful, polite, and reasonable. This place is definitely worth your money. It is a great place to live very clean, safe and quiet. I definitely recommend.

When we moved in, the apartment was still dirty, and the keys didn't work. The rent was raised $50-$100 at the end of every lease, yet the property is always getting worse. Flooded sidewalks (actual rivers when it rains), the fences have all fallen or rotted away (except for RIGHT in front of the office. Absolutely nobody picks up after their dogs, and the walls are more thin than paper. They rented me an apartment that was the style of the apartment complex owners before them, they renovated almost all of the others, and charged me the same for my un-renovated apartment. I've never seen the maintenance workers more than a month, and good luck getting maintenance done. I told them my dishwasher flooded my apartment (never used it) and they continued to let it happen saying it was a 'drain problem'. Then they were informed that my stove was sparking, they still did nothing. This place should be avoided like the plague.

She will knock maybe twice and enter. She will try to envade your own personal life. It should not matter who, what , when ,or why I have in my bed. They overcharge, and keep your deposit I put in a 60 day notice to move out (letter)and they still took 425 out my deposit. Don't take note of anything, before I moved in I took note of everything that was broke or not in good shape the charged me to fix it this place is a joke, horrible customer service. It was in terrible condition and lots of stuff broken and now trying to make me pay for their garbage. This is how they survive with renting out these roach and mold infested slum apartments. If something needs to be fixed they get it done! And in a timely manner too! If something does take a minute they will keep you updated! I would recommend to everyone!
