He was easy to contact, and came quickly so that he could assess the damage. His estimate was below what I was expecting. He repointed the chimney, found the hole in my roof, AND completely refinished my wall (replastered and painted)! This home was built in the 1930s, and John Henry Roofing left this massive project looking like new! I would highly recommend this company.

I had two pretty significant roofing jobs completed by Pittsabanna the first in the summer of 2022…read morethe second in the fall of 2023. Both times I was exceedingly happy with every facet of dealing with Pittsabana Roofing. Maria and Ivan and their crew are eminently friendly, professional, and efficient in both cost and time. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and they didn't leave a single nail or scrap of wood when the jobs were completed. I of course, got multiple quotes for both jobs and while I never went with the cheapest, I thought their prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work and how quickly they were able to get things done. They are local they are reliable and they do high-quality work. Can't recommend them strongly enough!

Pittsabana's team is all of this and more! From the first call to receive a free estimate through to completion, Maria, Ivan and the Pittsabana team were a pure delight to work with. Their knowledgeable and professional service made the potential headache of major home repairs dissolve. I initially contracted Pitttsabana to remove the ineffective box gutters from my 1900 home that had been poorly repaired in what some might call a 'fix and flip'. I called for the estimate on a Friday of a holiday weekend and Ivan showed up first thing Monday morning to take drone imaging of the gutters in order to provide the most accurate estimate. I was provided two estimates: one to repair the existing box gutters and another to remove them and install a seamless aluminum gutter system. In the end, I chose the second. However, upon removing the box gutters, Ivan' team gained access to the attic for the first time as I have no internal access and discovered considerable water damage, NO Insulation, and shingles slapped on top of other shingles to hide the actual state of the roof!! (No wonder my gas/electric bills were so high!) Ivan contacted me immediately with images and knowledge of how to go about fixing the roof, and again I was provided with multiple options to choose from. Ivan was willing to come to the house and patiently walk me through my options, explaining the differences between the plans, as much of this was new to me. This allowed me to pick the plan that best fit both my aesthetic and my budget! Ivan's team arrived early every day, worked diligently, and adapted their work schedule to meet the needs of my family (ending earlier than they otherwise would have one day). They thoroughly cleaned the area every day to ensure that my yard was safe for my dogs. AND they went above and beyond, fixing some 'poorly flipped' items they discovered along the way! By the time all was said and done, I have a functioning gutter system, a STUNNING new roof with proper ventilation, properly lined and capped chimneys, and a crew I would consider friends! 20/10!

Estimate seemed reasonable but had some unforeseen circumstances and never had the work done. This summer, knew work couldn't wait and luckily, I had kept his estimate. I called him and instead of being annoyed or rude about me not calling him back last year, he was more than kind and told me I should have called him and at least he could have put something over the fan until it could be replaced. I have to say, his sincerity and concern was refreshing! I am a single woman and have had so many BAD experiences with contractors, it isn't even funny. Mr. Steimer was out within 2 days to reassess the problems and honored the year old original estimate. And then had his workers come out the same day because he said he knew rain was coming. The gentlemen, and I mean gentlemen that came to do the work were kind and hardworking. They worked without much of a break in stifling heat until dark set in, cleaning up as they went and my gutters they had to clean were terrible! Also, they covered the fan before they left just in case it rained before they could return. It was a good thing because it rained all day the next day. The following day, they came out early to replace the fan and finish everything. The rerouted downspouts look great and here's the best thing... I had been up late the night before, and these guys worked quiet as church mice and never woke me while they were working or woke me to pay them! This is class! So as soon as I finish this review I will be calling them so I can compliment and pay them. I don't write a lot of reviews... My mom taught me, "If you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all". Well, I have nothing but good things to say about Paul Steimer Roofing -and would highly recommend them! Now, if only I could find a plumber, electrician, HCVAC, concrete, contractors with the same morals and steadfastness, all would be right with the world! Thanks Guys!

We actually originally needed the roof replaced, but had some other projects on our list so he drew up a few different quotes for if we wanted other things they offered like gutters (which also needed replaced), etc. We ended up scheduling them for gutters and roof replacement. They also took our second floor awnings off at our request. Owens Corning is a fantastic product. We were able to do financing with them directly. The cost for roof and gutters and awning removal was very reasonable, I think. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the scheduling communication was not quite a good as it could have been- it wasn't bad, but could have been a little better. (They didn't call back to tell us when they'd be doing the gutters, but we came home and they were done.) And they did a pretty good job cleaning up but we did still find find some nails, a couple small pieces of roofing material, and a couple slips of gutter material in our yard after they were done. However the work was great-- their work itself is absolutely 5 stars-- they did the membrane to help prevent issues with ice dams (which we've had before), replaced the boots and vents, re-routed the new gutters to drain properly. The workers were all very nice, and they had the roof off and replaced in less than a day. The gutters were done on a different day after the roof. I would hire them again in heart beat. They were great!

I called Cousins and I was a little disappointed I had to wait about 4 weeks for someone to come out and take a look, BUT when the day finally came, Mark got right to work inspecting the area and recommended securing a few other pieces of siding that looked like they were loose as well. I was shocked when I asked how long I'd have to wait for someone to come back out and fix it, and he said he would do it right then! The price was reasonable, so I signed the contract, and in an hour, he had cleared out some dead vines that had grown under the siding, secured the loose pieces, and reattached the piece that fell off.
