But on a recent trip to get a burger and fries I decided to just go in instead of the drive through. I was blown away on how unorganized the staff seamed to be. They were just everywhere and the cash register changed hands three times why I was placing my order. Three different people handled my order and staff were walking back and forth to the kitchen to the ice cream station. Seemed like there was no order of where peoples station were. Second, the floors were littered with cups and trash, wrappers etc as well as the work stations. I work in food safety. This made me want to walk out. I will not eat here again for sure. Suggestions: your staff should have a station that is their personal responsibility in all aspects. Make a line across the kitchen that kitchen staff stays in where raws are handled. Another line where food prep and makers are at. Register and ice cream staff doesn't cross to the other side period. Everyone should have a station and keep that station clean and organized. Especially if their station can be seen by the public.
