I went in and received a treatment plan in the amount of $15000.00. I had to pay up front.We didn't really discuss everything so I was rather surprised when I found that she had pulled an upper tooth that wasn't bothering me. They then put temporary bridges in that broke pretty much daily and sometimes within an hour or so after placement. At one point she said that the bridge was breaking due to my missing tooth. The one she pulled. Even a permanent bridge broke. Seems like inferior products.They had an assistant that worked on me every time who gagged me with their imaging tool and then broke one of my teeth that would hold the bridge. They glued and pulled a bridge off of that tooth so many times and the last time the assistant pried it off with a metal tool. Then they tried to charge me close to $6000 more. The dentist took no responsibility and tried to blame every problem on me. And her office manager was very aggressive and kept calling me by the wrong name at the end. On purpose. She also refused to give me my full file and I had to call the dental board. I ended up going over 1 year without some teeth on the bottom due to this dentist. There is so much more here but not enough space to tell the nightmare I went through. In the end the dentist told me if I didn't pay the final $1900 she would no longer be my dentist. I wouldn't go back to her if you paid me to. DO NOT GO HERE!

Secondly, this guy spends less than 10 minutes looking at my gums (doesn't even use/refer to those x-rays btw) all to give me about a $15k price tag after this brief consult. Next, as the technician who clearly didn't know what she was doing asks me what my budget is? Before any other conversation - what's your budget. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. IT IS A MONEY GRAB. Do not waste your gas or time coming here. I promise you will find cheaper options anywhere else. As the tech shows me the cost of everything needed, I literally start crying out of frustration - as I feel I am trying to be taken advantage of. I'm crying. In the office. And no one flinched. I repeat, this place doesn't care about you. Last thing I will say here is that when they gave me the pricing - they decided for me that I would pay for IV sedation (the expensive one) as opposed to a local anesthesia. Upon relocating to Dallas finding a new dentist was one of the many things I needed to do. And finding a great dentist was more challenging than I thought it would be. Thankfully I was able to go to my Yelp app and conduct my search. A BIG thank you to Nicole J. Upon coming across her initial review for Dr. Yeary I PM'ed her to gather more information. She promptly responded and the next thing I knew I was in the chair at Dr. Yeary's. Upon my first visit I knew I was in the correct place. Talk about rolling out the red carpet...the greeting I received upon arriving was both warm and professional. Instead of handing me some forms to complete, I was seated and asked a series of questions and the next thing I knew I was reviewing the 'new patient forms' and signing. I don't know about you but I am not a fan of completing those new patient forms. This approach made this part of the process so much more enjoyable. Next was the actually appointment in the dental chair. Dr. Yeary has state of the art equipment. As someone who enjoys technology I truly appreciate the setup here. From viewing X-rays on an overhead monitor to the cleaning tools, it all contributed to a great experience. Also, when the monitor is not in use for viewing X-rays, etc, the staff will gladly put it on a TV channel of choice. How cool is it to catch up on sports (ESPN) while having your teeth cleaned? And the comfortable dental chair made feel like I was at home in a recliner. Since my initial visit I've returned a couple of times and the level of warm professional service has been consistent. On one occasion I had a tooth fixed and the entire process was painless. And to top that off, later that evening I rececived a follow up call to see how I was doing. And guess who made the call? Dr. Yeary himself. I could not think of the last time I'd received a follow up call from my dentist (or doctor). Usually it's someone on staff who performs the follow up call. As we were heading into the weekend, Dr. Yeary made it clear that if I had any issues to call and he would get back to me immediately. When is the last time you had a dentist/doctor encouraging you to interrupt their weekend if required? I don't think I've had that occur. Lastly, I truly appreciate that Dr. Yeary looks to solve issues the most cost effective way. As we all know, dental work is expensive. It's good to work with a dentist who is looking to correct the problem the most cost effective way. And I appreciate that Dr. Yeary looks at a longer term fix, not just something to get through for a 12-18 months. I am very pleased that I found Dr. Yeary and his team. Ever since then I've been switching my cleanings between my normal dentist and Dr Waller's office so they can keep an eye on my gums. My other dentist has seen a great improvement in my gum health which I'm sure will save me lots of headaches, pain and $$ in the future! I really love the hygienist I have at Dr Walker's, all the cleanings are painfree and if you have sensitive teeth, they always offer to numb you for a cleaning. The office is very very clean and they check your temperature when you get in the door. I really like how Dr. Jung is honest, he shows you everything that may be wrong with photos so you know exactly what is the problem. There were 4 problem areas I had, but two of them were on watch but the other two was I had a small cavity and the other was a filling popped off. The whole thing was quick and not painful at all. I was in and out within the hour. I will definitely come back again! This may be my new regular dental office since I had a pretty easygoing experience.

Root Canal: Anxious no more after 10+ years! I didn't feel a thing…read more I have had severe anxiety going to the dentist since I was a child due to a traumatic experience. Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office. After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure. He mentioned it was the easiest procedure to do and that Dr. Oh has had years of experience. I didn't feel a thing (not even the numbing needle). I thank God for everyone there and to finally be healed from this trauma after many years. May God bless this practice with abundance for years to come!
