Sometimes I feel these shops try to exploit your lack of knowledge. However, I did not get that feeling from Mr. Cain and his assistant. I truly appreciated the honesty. I didn't realize they did repairs at the shop. They gave me an estimate for the repair. They changed my tire and sent me on my way. Since I was not expecting any repairs I stopped at another shop for a second opinion. They told me I needed the same repair but their estimate was outrageous. After calling around to get a few more estimates for the same repair, Cain's estimate was EXTREMELY fair/reasonable! I will be taking my other vehicles to Cain's!

I purchased tires online from…read moreGoodyear and NTB was the only local shop that was on their website to install them so I booked an appointment with them. I got to my appointment on time and there was no one in the front desk and it took a long time for them to get to my car, overall about two hours. When I got got my car back I looked at the new tires on the driver side and noticed the rims were scratched. After inspecting the other side I noticed all four had been scratched around the edges. I reported it right away but all they did was take pictures and said it would be reported to management. Once I got inside I noticed the employees carelessly threw everything out of the glove compartment and didn't put it back, I pressume to find wheel lock which they never even asked me for. Also the stearing wheel was greasy and tire pressure light was on. I went to Discount Tire the next day and they filled up the tires to the right pressure, all four were off. I will definetly go back to Discount Tire in the future.

If you're looking for a tire shop, WOODFOREST TIRE SHOP IS THE PLACE! A couple weeks ago my friend Kristen recommended this shop when she brought her banged up Nissan Altima to the shop for a new tire. She could not stop raving about how awesome the guys were especially Jonathan. Practically all her warning lights were on and he referred her to another local mechanic who was near by for a quote. When I needed some air in my tires, Moe hooked me up big time and filled up all the tires with a smile! All the guys I encountered were honest and so nice. Although I was only there for 15 minutes, I did notice that everyone really works as a team. When I arrived they were all working on one car together and right when I pulled up, Moe ran over to help!
