The women who did my hair was an elderly women who didn't really know any English, lucky at the time I had a friend translate. I have dark hair and told her I wanted to go light brown. Of course said it would be hard since my hair was so dark so we would have to do it in session. I was totally game! Well it turns out I paid around 80 bucks for my hair to basically look the same, however you could see a more natural brown color (a pose to my really dark brown) in the sun. I was indeed disappointed, since I was so excited for my new look. I never when back for that second session. Now I gave 2 stars because my hair sucked, and I paid way too much for it to look exactly the same; however the customer service was great and I heard other good things about this place. A different lady there was said to be great with dying hair colors like blue and pink. The lady I had was also said to cut hair pretty good, butt I never went back to find out, too risky when it comes to my hair. I apologize for no photos this time.
