I'm very disappointed with the pictures that were taken at my wedding, before the wedding I specifically shared a Pinterest board of how I would like the pictures to be taken and after receiving my pictures none of them came out like the examples. The photographer wore casual clothes to my wedding, the person did not wear professional or formal clothing. I spent more than $3k for their services and in their contract they stated no refunds for any reason. Lastly the biggest disappointment was they took pictures with the flash on when our guests were doing our goodbye with sparklers! I followed up with them on this issue and they were not able to resolve it. I've attached my husband putting my ring on and you can't see the ring at all. 1.This was a bad angel. The photographer should've quickly moved positions to get the picture of the ring. 2. The Trinity ceremony. This was the only angel they took pictures. 3. Picture of the sparklers The best pictures I received were from guests. This is a big disappointment. I don't recommend this company. read more

My prior Yelp account was hacked and deleted, but my experience with this company was worth reposting. Carl photographed my wedding day back in 2024 and the photos came out beautifully...although upon getting them I noticed there wasn't a single one of me going down the aisle, my dad handing me off, or the groom's reaction. I reached out about this and I was told by multiple people that they would "look into it". I later referred them to my father, as he paid for the photographer and had questions. They told him that those photos were lost in a glitch when the photographer switched cameras, and cannot be restored. How they did not catch this mistake is beyond me; if they did, they didn't mention it and hoped we wouldn't either. Their attempt at fixing this was to photoshop two photos (where my dad is clearly standing while "walking" me down the aisle) and send us a thin photo book. This does not make up for over 30 photos they lost, nor the thousands we paid for the photos, which we did not receive all of... especially for a crucial moment of the event. Aaron then called my father asking if I would remove my Yelp review; absolutely not. A thin photo book and two poorly photoshopped images do not make up for their oversight. Who knows how many people he has convinced to do so. They care more about their company's reputation than capturing your once-in-a-lifetime moments. Everytime I go back to look at the beautiful photos, there's a chapter missing and regret of not hiring outside of Wedgewood to get reliable photographers. read more

They keep track of our timeline, send us questionnaires to learn about our needs and preferences, and answer questions promptly and patiently. On the day of, Natalie was our photographer. She came on time (even earlier than us lol) and bustled around to get everything set up for us. She had great chemistry with the other staffs (wedding coordinator, officiant etc.) because they work together a lot. She was warm and energetic and can get us smiling. She gave great cues for poses, and was very patient with our family who weren't fluent in English in terms of guiding them. She also suggested great spots around the venue for us to take couple photos. She worked very hard for the hours we hired her for, not only taking pictures, but also helping with coordination and making sure we are punctual with the tight timeline. I hired API for my Wedding photography at the suggestion of my venue and boy, am I happy with the outcome! My Photographer, Christina, arrived 30 minutes early giving enough time take getting ready photos and decor photos that I did not plan on having. That was my introduction to her and I was ecstatic! I just recently got my wedding photos back and I am not disappointed. Christina got so many amazing shots! The cool thing was I didn't even realize she was right there the whole time getting these shots. She kept a very professional distance so all the guests had a great time and didn't think they were getting in the way of her, but also made sure she was always right there to capture those special moments! On top of all the amazing photos she took, she was very patient with my insane wedding party lol. I had a huge bridal party and we are a wild bunch and not once did she show frustration at having to corral us like wild animals to get some posed shots haha. Also, I had several family members tell me after the wedding "how amazing our photographer was" it was almost like we hired a friend, she was so kind and welcoming to everyone she came in contact with. Something I must mention is my wedding day was very WINDY. While waiting to get the shots back I always had in my head "what if I look terrible because of the wind." Christina got some of my favorite shots using the wind in our favor(I posted some pictures)but once the wind died down she made it a point to come get myself and the groom to go take some more pictures just Incase we weren't happy with the outcome of the windier ones(they all turned out great!) I had API for my wedding on 12/18/2021. My original wedding date was supposed to be 03/28/2020 but due to covid, our wedding was rescheduled multiple times. API was included with my wedding package with Wedgewood Stonetree (I don't believe they do this anymore). Fast forward to our wedding day, Thomas arrived early and made sure he had everything set for the day. He took numerous photos and made sure we were on schedule. I forgot Thomas's partner that day but she was amazing as well. They took a lot of photos and made sure they got everything I asked for. We were fighting lighting the day of our wedding but they made it work. They figured out a way to be able to use whatever lighting we had available. Even at the reception venue Thomas's partner took so many photos of everything that was going on. Honestly, I am very excited to see the photos and I honestly can't wait. The photographer was visibly agitated when shooting, flash went out and he had bridal party holding phone lights in his aid. It took 8 weeks to receive and I can only view the downloads one at a time. This hurts me to even see these pictures again but I will let the pictures speaks for it self. I have tons and tons more more but I want to save myself from this sadness, hurtful, disappointment experience. My wedding was in the beginning of June 2018. The worst part in all of this. Aaron try to justify his terrible work and blames other people rather than being apologetic about it. NOT once has he even said to me " Ana I'm truly sorry for what happen and how can I make this up to you" ...instead he told my husband that one of his partner said to him to not take on our business because he knew this we would be complicated' WOW! All his team has to do is take pictures I didn't even have any specific job for them but the video interview ( which I got ZERO/NOTHING for)....NO apology to us and still Aaron is Arrogant about our matter........ON the video side I SPECIALLY asked Aaron to PLEASE interview my kids and husband and immediate family for our love story/video and when our wedding was over I had asked my kids and family if they were interview and they all said NO!!! Another disappointing and hurtful moment for me. And when we ask him all Aaron can say was I'm sorry but we forgot!!! WOW Aaron!......So was We are still waiting on the video. and we're hopping that will at least compensate from our nightmare and disappointment...I wish I can write more but as I'm writing this I'm dying inside. This is my wedding day that I waited for 28 years to get married in church and I can't take anything back Respond to the owners respond.... Wow! Just wow!! It's so sad when an owner of this company writes to JUSTIFY all his bad work and tops it off with lies lies lies. Just wow!! Anyone can write a long feed back but having PROOFS of it all is what determines a person character and integrity...."I email 8x and crying" wow! "Didn't like my other photographer??" Another wow! And wait, we didnt give you a chance to fix it??? What? My wedding was in June 9 it's now almost September, did you try?? Why in the world would we stop you from fixing our most important event???? She was so sweet and understanding and patient and was so overly sweet with the bride. We were so stressed because our flowers were late and not what we wanted and we were so thankful our photographer was on time, professional, and very very easy to work with.!
