The type of care I have CONSISTANTLY received from N.P. Jeter has been available at hours where NO metal health facility, I've attended prior has been available to this degree. For myself, both being diagnosed & battling for 20+ years with ADHD with OCD components, severe trauma/grief, & depression formed from separate forms of abuse. To my diagnosis of PTSD, which I find to be the most prevalent of my mental health cond. to current date. Instead, I get an angry telephone call in which the provider stated, "WHERE IS MY MONEY"??. I asked if she had billed my insurance and after calling my insurance company, I then verified that she hadn't even billed my insurance. Then, I had an appointment, and she cancelled it without my knowledge or of informing me that she was cancelling it. I sent her a message to ask about the appointment and she stated, "I cancelled your appointment because you have an unpaid balance of $xxx.xx." This message was sent on August 10th of this year. On August 14th of this year, I was sent a letter in the mail letting me know she was dropping me from the practice for not keeping appointments (that she cancelled....) and an unpaid balance. She gave me four days to pay her in full and cancelled my appointment. She stated she sent prescriptions to the pharmacy so I wouldn't go without until I found a new provider but she left out certain medications. She seems great at first until you realize she's only in it for money. I recommend staying away from Asaya Healthcare entirely.

He just wanted to address everything by the book instead of just listening to me as a human. Instead of helping me through my struggles in life (separation issues at the time) he felt the need to impose judgement on me and has no problem throwing in his opinion on my court case. Another big issue was that he did his own billing so even though I wanted to pay what insurance wasn't paying, he kept being extremely frustrated with me about that while also never asking how I was doing. I waited for months before I posted this. I was using Dip (Chewing Tobacco), two tins per day (Same amount of nicotine as 4 packs of cig) for 2 years. My 6 year old son asked me to quit. I honestly can tell you that I had absolutely no desire to stop. I had a dip ready to go for after the session in August. To this day, I haven't relapsed or had ANY sort of Nicotine. Have I slightly craved at times, sure. But, I am in awe of the fact that I was able to rid myself of this horrible habit after ONE session.
