We adopted our new family member from this facility. We got the best dog ever. He is a year old Tibetan terrier.

We renamed Moos to Mr. Mochi.

We rescued our newest family member Mosh, now named Mr. Mochi on 11/23 and it was very simple to do so.

I adopted my puppy from here. This place was awesome, they really care about the dogs and making sure it's the right fit. I filled out the application and they make you disclose if you have a dog currently, which I do. They told me to bring my old man ( my dog) to do a meet and greet with the puppy to see if they would both like each other and felt comfortable. Which obviously was a success. After that they do make you buy the next door food. To ensure your puppy stays within the same diet and not upset their belly. When filling out the last paperwork they do let you know that all of their dogs are microchipped and they're listed as the 3rd option on the contact list in case you don't answer they can go and pick the dog up for you. As well as you can put your dog on your will and if the two immediate people listed as caregivers can't take care of your dog they'll come and rescue not only the doggy you adopted from them but all of the dogs of the house if needed. Overall they where super nice, super helpful an informative. All of the dogs they had look super healthy, cute, and happy. Definitely will get my next addition from here. Can't recommend them enough!!

We adopted our two beagle dachshund mixes, Jack and CeCe here. We love our animals and they were very accommodating while we fostered them first. They make you feel like they will always be there to help us adjust our doggies to our home.

We adopted Marley a week ago and she has been a pure delight and joy. We cannot imagine our lives without her in it. #frenchie

I'm very thankful for A Path 4 Paws. We lost our fur baby after 10 and a half years in December and the heartbreak was incredibly difficult for our family. We knew we wanted to adopt and give a great life to someone as soon as possible. A Path 4 Paws was the second place we visited and we were met by a team of dedicated volunteers who clearly want great fits for both the families and fur babies. I was impressed that there is paperwork to be completed, documentation provided and requirements to ensure success. Being a first time adopter, I was unaware of many important aspects of the process that consider existing animals, the sex of existing animals, landlord restrictions, spay requirements, etc. It was wonderful to work with such knowledgeable and skilled volunteers that take all aspects of the process into consideration. My son chose Tippy (now Rosie), who we look forward to spoiling for many years to come. I plan to donate in honor of Rocko (RIP) and Rosie moving forward.

It's amazing to me to see good people volunteering their time to take care of others. They are all working very hard and deserve as much support as possible! We adopted our dog a month ago and experienced first hand how hard the volunteers are working at path 4 paws. The only thing I can say to the people that was so easy to give this place anything less the 5 star review is please don't judge people that are volunteering their own weekends and working so hard before you sacrifice your own time to help dogs as much as this guys are. I had to wait for an hour to sign the adoption paperwork because they were so busy but you can definitely see they can and doing their best!

I adopted my sweet girl from A Path 4 Paws and it was a great experience. I especially thought it was amazing that they let me foster her first for a week, to see if she really was a great fit. Of course, I ended up adopting her :) The volunteers were all very helpful and friendly. I think they are doing a great job with all the dogs they have. I would definitely recommend this shelter for someone looking for a dog to adopt. I loved that I could just go in and see all the dogs that were available on Saturday or Sunday. They really make it a great experience.

I'm a firm believer in rescuing dogs and NOT buying dogs, so when I lost two of my older dogs in 2020 I was pretty heart broken. I took some time to grieve and then I was ready to add some spunk back in my life and adopt. I have a young son and I wanted a young dogs to be active and go to soccer games and keep up with our busy lifestyle. I hit the jackpot with our two. Fast forward a couple months and I just love what this rescue is doing and how smooth they run. I have now been an adopter, a volunteer, a foster dog mom and a dog walker. Our whole family likes to help them and I believe they are making a big difference for our community and dog population. Just look at the two dogs we rescued and the happiness on my son's face. That says it all. You can rescue a great dog that will bring lots of joy to your life.

This organization has provided us with up to date availability of pets ready for fostering and adoption. The ability to have the time with your new found member of the family makes the process seem-less. Follow up to check on your new pets progress in adapting to their new surroundings shows their concern for the animal and the new family.

We adopted this beautiful 4month old at A path for paws. The staff was kind, understanding and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend this organization to anyone who is looking to welcome a new family member.

We got our sweet boy Rusty from this rescue. I appreciate all the support and communication we've gotten from them. We were really grateful for their foster to adopt program, which took the stress off of us. Being able to bring the puppy to our home and see how well he fit in made the adopting process so much more enjoyable.

We adopted our dog a month ago and the whole process was very easy and friendly. A path 4 paws helped us from fostering to the adoption steps. I would recommend. Thanks! Dakota is happier than ever!

The adoption fee for a little dog was $275.00. This includes spaying or neutering if needed. Pat…read moretold me that if we needed to bring her back if it didn't work out that we could return her. We adopted a tiny Yorkshire Terrier. We brought our small Cavalier in to meet with her and everything seemed ok so we took the new Yorkie home. She was a delightful little dog as it came from an older person who had passed away. We were told the dog was 2 different ages because they don't seem to keep good records but that didn't matter to us. They told us she wasn't potty trained, but she absolutely was. My husband especially attached to her very quickly. About the third day, we noticed that she was being aggressive about her food which is something we can deal with. We took her to our vet and started shots for her just to make sure she was covered. She was also added to our pet insurance. We purchased her a nice harness and leash. We put her on Dr Marty's food which she went bonkers for. Right around the fifth day, we noticed that she was attacking our Cavalier. She bit her on four occasions and on the last time we decided that we could not have her beating up on our Cavi. We decided that she needed to be returned. When we arrived at the shelter, they took the dog and I asked the gentlemen at the desk to keep the money on file and we will try again with a different dog. They agreed. We also said that we would like to donate $100 towards the adoption of the Yorkie so she could find a home quickly since she was such a sweet friendly animal with humans. I spoke with Pat later on the phone and she had no issues refunding the $175 balance. That was weeks ago. No money has ever been sent to us. Our Son gifted us with another Cavalier puppy so we won't be needing another dog. I explained that to Pat and still no money has arrived. We have resigned ourselves to the fact we will never see any money. We had donated food purchased through Amazon prior to help the shelter out. We would have been continued supporters but with the refund not being returned, we have decided never to recommend or deal with this shelter ever again. This is extremely sad.
