I requested a regular mani/pedi and clearly declined gel, but there was constant pressure to upgrade services, and my youngest still ended up receiving gel nails. The manicure soak water was cold and was not warmed when requested causing cuticle trimming to be painful. The staff member doing my French tip seemed inexperienced and appeared to be the first time painting French tip. Overall, the experience felt pushy and disappointing. I would not recommend nor do I intend to to visit again. read more

First time at this salon. Came with my husband. It was busy, seemed like a good sign. When we sat down for pedicures we asked for their most basic pedicure. Then they tried to upsell like crazy through the whole service. A little annoying, but I understand to some degree. What's crazy is that I'm from LA and my husband is from London. 2 of the most expensive cities in the world. Neither of us have ever been charged this much for mani/pedi. We got 2 basic pedicures with gel polish, a gel manicure for my husband and I just got my nails soaked off. The guy asked me FIVE times during my soak off if I wanted a manicure. Regular Pedi 46 x 2 =92 Gel 15 x 2 =30 Gel Mani 27 Soak off 5 154 PLUS TIP = 177 Also I had to go back the next day because the gel on one of my toes did not cure. That's totally fine but the lady did the most half assed job on the paint job to fix it. To charge the way they do, then not even put effort in to fixing their mistake is just unacceptable. !!! Walked in and was sat for a fill in. All I needed was a fill because all my nails were still in. me and my tech agree on a fill and she starts. I realize she is drilling my nails all the way off. I tell her to stop and she continues to tell me she can no longer give me a fill because my nails are half gone. Proceeded to give me a sloppy design and was disrespectful to me throughout the service. 0 stars. read more

When to get my gel nails removed and polished. He sanded my nails to remove the jail and burnt my nails. The nails were uneven when he polished. When he told me they were dry.I went to my car and examined my nails.Uneven and had dents and marks and them.Apparently the polish wasn't dry. To preface, this was my 3rd time here and the first couple of times I had two different gentlemen that did a wonderful job. This time I went to get a powder dip manicure. I expected it to take around 45 min to an hour. The lady I had messed up and kept starting over. I asked for almond shape and I guess she couldn't understand so she gave me square shape which was ok I guess. However, she started to do ombré nails on me which I didn't even ask for!! She kept trying to upsell me which was very obvious even though I knew what I wanted going in and told her no each time she asked (which was quite a few times). Anyways, I expected to spend around $45-$50 not including tip since I didn't get extensions or anything. I ended up paying close to $70 and could've just gotten acrylics for that price! I don't know if I'll go back but if I do I will make sure to get a good nail tech. read more

First thing i noticed about this place is how there were many more male nail techs than women. Luckily for me, I got one of the male techs. I had wanted to do gel but he suggested doing the dip and it was amazing. He took his time, paid attention to me and he was very good. Service was awesome and there was no waiting around as we made an appointment before going. I cannot wait to visit. Will definitely come here every time I am in town. read more

Bad Pedicure! Guess he was new and didn't do the nails justice. No cuticle cleaning and painting was all over the skin. Had to ask someone to show him how to do cuticles and then repaint the nails. Took forever and they really couldn't communicate in English. read more

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. my daughter and I went there a little over a wk ago. She wanted a pedicure and they took her right back. I wanted a dip mani and had to wait, and wait, and wait. There were tons of customers in the salon so I figured they did good work since they were so busy. after waiting for over an hour I was sat with a man who filed my nails down so much on the sides that the file put splits in three if my fingers. I asked for rounded tips and was given almond shaped instead. to top it off, within 3 days my top, clear coat of the gel nail polish started chipping off. I have never had this happen before and I've gone to several dif salons. I will not be back to A+ nails and will never recommend them to anyone! read more

Spent an hour waiting to get seated only to get terrible nails. i was referred by a coworker and was excited to try this place out. At first I wanted the green nails until he tried doing marble and could NOT do it. I asked if he could do a different design instead since ombre is a bit easier but that was a mistake. He had tried but again failed. He called his partner over to try and it was not looking good. Then another worker tried on the ring finger and it looked better but still not what i was wanting. Also, my husband had put in a reservation after mine but they kept accepting walk ins and never his. Ended up asking to completing removing the set and went somewhere else. read more

Me and my boyfriend went there to get pedicures. Once we got there they will just try to pressure you into getting the most expensive pedicure, they won't show you the other side of the page with the "basic pedicure " prices. If you get the basic pedicure prepare to get talked about and laughed at in your face. I'm NEVER coming here ever again. read more

I am giving this mail salon 2 stars for cleanliness. Have tried it twice for pedicures & been terribly disappointed. Their "up charges" are awful & if you do not select higher priced packages you can plan on a very quick experience with a pedicure & NOT a very good one. I like to see small businesses do well, but I was with 2 others & we all had less than positive experiences, plus a lady that sat down next to us, had the nail tech become very argumentative with her & the "work" was not good. For the prices they charge, their work should be pristine. I believe the employees may have to meet a " quota" per hour or something, because their work is " rapid fire." I feel sad writing this, but am being honest. read more

I needed to get my nails done last minute and this was the only place open close by and taking walk-ins at the time I was going. I wanted a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure and received some of the worst service I've every experienced. It took a total of 40 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out to get both done, which should have taken an hour at minimum. While I was getting my pedicure I didn't receive any sort of foot/leg massage, barely any lotion rubbed on my legs. Then the lady very quickly painted my toes and told me to move to her station for my manicure. While getting my fingernails done, all the lady did was cut my nails and again very quickly and almost carelessly painted my nails with gel. She didn't file my nails or take care of my cuticles, as well not allowing my nails to take the time to cure under the light. After the final coat of polish was painted on my finger she just got up and left. So another employee had to come over and was kind enough to massage my hands with a little bit of lotion. I'm not quite sure why it was very rushed (there wasn't anyone waiting) or why it seemed like the employee had an attitude towards me when I barely spoke to her. For how much I paid, my nails and experience was not worth the price. The vibe was not it! read more

The only thing good I have to say is that the design on my acrylics turned out good. This was my first time here and I will never be returning. I went to get a full set and a pedicure, the pedicure was terrible. I started off with the pedicure and within five minutes it went south real quick I had on running shorts and when I sat down the older male giving me a pedicure said something to another male watching and then a large bath towel was placed on my lap down to my knees. You could not see up my shorts and they were not high up so I did not understand. I then had 4 people around me at all times during this pedicure watching talking and laughing at me. I was then used as the test dummy for a person in training without asking. If they would have asked I would have allowed it but they did not, I do not like how my pedicure turned out considering it was a new worker it was not clean or what I wanted. Another young girl came back for a pedicure in running shorts and a towel was not placed on her and there was not 4 people around her or anyone else in the salon. I spent 3 1/2 hours in this salon for the worst experience I've ever had at a salon and the most expensive. I do not recommend this place at all unless you want humiliated and over charged. read more

i am from california, here visiting my sister. this nail salon was very cleanly, and great service. i got a pedicure from Sugi (unsure how to spell it). she was very friendly and took her time with my massage so i actually felt like i relaxed and wasn't rushed to get out of the chair. she also talked to the rest of my family i came here with. it was a welcoming experience and relaxing. my sister who is a resident to indiana has been trying to find a great nail salon and i am very happy she picked this one.... the appointment has been an hour & a half long so i do not recommend coming if you are busy. but if you are actually looking for a nice relaxing time (how a pedicure is supposed to be) i recommend A+ Nails. read more
