The restaurant is not very big and it was full to the last seat. Luckily I didn't had to wait long. For lunch they have a different menu with first dish, second dish and desert. That is normal in Italy. Every Joyce has 3-4 dishes to choose from. The stuff is very friendly and speaks english so I tried with my Italien-english to order. Everything worked fine for me, i had risotto and vitello tonato. Both was very nice and tastefull. For lunch you pay only 10€ and an espresso and a water is included. A very good price. They have a big variety of desert and fresh fish. Next time I have to come for dinner, I guess it will be a good experience. Or again for lunch. I can really recommend this restaurant!

The paccheri alla norma is truly excellent. Incredibly friendly staff. It is easy to tell the restaurant is good due to the large quantities of Italian locals dining there. The gnocchi we got was absolutely perfectly cooked, the flavor was phenomenal. The polenta was also absolutely divine, I've never had anything like it, the sage in the dish was excellent. The service was perfect and the ambiance was exactly beautiful for the little trattoria on the hill in Bergamo. I genuinely LOVED this place and the meal was so memorable and special, I highly recommend everything about it.
