Very grateful for how helpful they were when I initially called because it allowed me to get the necessary paperwork before we showed up. My only suggestion is to have an ATM inside the building because I had to travel to two nearby ATMs to get cash last minute (one ATM had an extremely low limit and I didn't feel like driving all the way to the bank which would be 2 mi. away).

I started and cancelled a policy in less than 24hrs when I realized they changed the proposed coverage we had discussed just a day prior to only $5000 worth of property damage at $205/month. Meaning if I total a car worth more than $5000 which is like 75% of cars in LA, I'm going to be getting sued for the remaining balance. $5000 isn't coverage it's a discount on a law suit. No biggie. I decided to cancel and go with State Farm instead. Instead of Fred Loya giving me a full refund for their less than 24 hours worth of coverage they decide to keep a $100 for their trouble. Really son? I could even wrap my head around a $50 cancellation fee, but what services did they provided to deserve to keep half of the money I paid for less than 24 hour worth of coverage. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra $20-30 bucks a month and get covered under a real insurance company.
