I wish I could give Sameday Insurance a 0 star, at first it was pleasant to speak with John, & at that time did help us, however when my sons policy cancelled due to unfortunately misunderstanding I asked John to give me another quote, he did & was pleasant about it. However he told me to put more down payment so the payment would be lower a month, well it turns out that wasn't true, in fact the payments went up $75 dollars more, so of course like any other consumer I was livid, I spoke with Cruz apparently the supervisor / manager who is very rude and has no management or customer services skills. I should have written this back in April, but I didn't because Cruz promised to continue in the next months to look for a better policy to help out my son, & I believed him. Well the policy renewed in September & my son nor I received a call from them to at least say they hadn't found a better policy. I called today & requested they text my son his ID cards (as he is sitting in court & needed them ASAP) , using the phone number they already had on file, Cruz refused to do it for me, because he indicating he did not know who I was, he didn't even ask who I was or my son's name, at least pretend you care & just flat out refused to help me & said because I'm in the industry I should know this. Yes, I am in the Insurance & Claims industry but they've been dealing with me from the get go & my son provided permission to so, & still rude as @*&% they refused to speak to me flat out. They were okay though speaking to me when they were taking the 2 down payments using my money, no problem speaking to me than................... I'm mad as hell and rightfully so because I too work in an industry were customer service is a priority & would never treatment my customers that way, no matter how mad they become due to the situation. So again, I would NEVER EVER recommend this agency, there are a lot of other agencies that give better rates, & treat you like your suppose to be treated. Telemarketers named jazmin and manual call me continuously after I have told them time and time again to please stop calling me. I've attempted nicely but jazmin thinks it's a funny and a game. I say please don't call me anymore and I hang up then she proceeds to call me back and continue trying to sell me. Again, I ask her nicely to leave me alone but she continues to try and sell me then I proceed to tell her I'm going to leave a review including her and her co worker and she said she didn't care. I happen to manage a business and would never condone this behavior to take place in my establishment. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, these people are so rude and dont know how to treat customers, I walked in with my dad quiet as i can be just listening to everything being said as my dad tried to explain to one of the employees why he was there in Spanish, he told the employee he wanted to take one of his 3 cars out of the policy and wanted to renew it with only 2 cars, the guy seemed to understand and continued to work on his computer, when it came down to the payment he said it was $170 so my dad was puzzled because that was how much he was paying for the 3 cars so he asked the guy why it stood the same amount if he wanted the policy for 2 cars not 3 so the guy called I'm guessing his manager on the phone and he said they only discounted 60 cents for taking out the car (which to me seemed sketchy and stupid because theres no balance on the amounts) my dad then asked him to give him a breakdown of each policy for each of his other cars being a RAV 2018 full coverage for $90 and a Chevy Aveo 2007 Liability for $80 WHAT!?!??! how is that possible so my dad started raising his voice on how dumb it was that for $10 more he could have made his '07 full coverage and so what? He was only paying 60 cents for the other cars liability??!... then another employee (seemed like a manager) came over and asked him in English "Hey man what's going on"? And his reply was "I dont know this guy is TRIPPING on the amount he has to pay" Tripping?! What kind of employee says that so I've had enough at this point so now I started talking I told this guy the policy made no sense so he started telling me that I was wrong (he didnt know what the f he was talking about), that the policies were made based on the value of the car and that if I had to pay $170 that's how much I had to pay so I asked him ok if u say that it's based on the value why is it that I'm paying $90 FOR A BRAND NEW RAV 4 2018 FULL COVERAGE AND $80 FOR LIABILITY FOR A 2007 VEHICLE!?!? He then blurred shit out and didnt know what to reply so to end it faster he stood up in front of us and with an annoyed voice straight out told us to go find another insurance place, he said "Go out and find another insurance but watch how u just wont find a better deal than this, or if you want we can just cancel everything and we can start a brand new policy but i dont want to do that because that's UNESSARY WORK FOR ME THAT I JUST DONT WANT TO DO so be my guest and go find one" THAT IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Unprofessional. They give you cheaper rate but you have to pay very high initial deposit payment that isn't included in that cheap monthly rate that they give you. The guys got very angry and pushy on the phone call, very unprofessional. Just because I wasn't familiar with the policy and didn't understand why I was charged so called deposit for nothing?
