I'll not be choosing to go back to this business and I won't be recommending this massage business to my sphere of influence, coworkers and friends. Its especially unfortunate because the massage worker was notably good, kind, caring and worked hard to provide a good experience. However, I cannot be complementary of her boss/management who seriously diminished what would have otherwise been a very enjoyable experience. Despite my paying posted FULL price for an hour massage (as opposed to applying a discount, Groupon, or negotiating a lesser price), during my session The manager disruptively yelled through the door, multiple times, badgering my massage worker, and later even barged in then pretended she was there merely to check the thermostat fiddling with the device in the wall--(really? Like that couldn't have waited 10 more minutes until after my paid upfront session!?) my massage worker herself was apologizing profusely and often throughout the hour session at each disruption, despite the behavior wasn't her fault, but not a word of apology from the manager who was actually creating the multiple avoidable disturbances and to whom by the way probably about 70% of my upfront payment fees by default were going to! For that cut, management is supposed to prove a safe tranquil comfortable house environment--but "bad manager" didn't provide that, doing anything but--disruption and disturbing the session and client.
Just after my session began, feeling soothed in the massage work touch, I had considered to be open with interest to extend my session time--however soon the bad manager had easily influenced me out of it and drive my business away. This is why I won't be going back and won't be recommending or encouraging my sphere of influence, including you the mass internet readers, to do the same.
