No one attempted to contact me beforehand or offer any alternative; they simply cancelled the order without discussion. To make things worse, the sale price of the bag is no longer listed, raising serious concerns about the integrity of the cancellation. The brands they stock are thoughtful and considered. P's & Q's also offers up home goods and skincare from eco-conscious brands like Izola and Baxter. The back of the store showcases beautiful hardcover tomes from Taschen Books and U.S. stationery brand Field Notes. The shop also carries their own line of T shirts with smart and bold graphics created in-house. What I like most about P's & Q's is not their stocklist but their overall vibe. The design of the interior is gorgeous. There is wood everywhere including the floors, shelving units and islands. There is something about wood that is just naturally inviting and warm. The occasional incense stick helps also to relieve the stress of shopping (it's hard for dudes sometimes). The entire staff is also super friendly and helpful, and most of all laid back and unpretentious. There is nothing worse than dropping a few hundred dollars in a shop and leave feeling like they did YOU the favor! P's & Q's showcases their own interests and sense of style as apposed to following the latest trends or letting blog posts from Hypebeast dictate their inventory. They also focus on brands that have eco and socially conscious business practices, this is something that is very important to me. I always read about cool menswear shops in London, New York and LA and think to myself "Why Can't Us?" to quote the famous 2008 Phillies slogan. The retail price is $78, which I find to be very reasonable for the quality. And then they discount them down to $25?! They're like a lightweight snowboarding pant. I can honestly wear them to mountain high LOL. Also, everything seems to run pretty true to size, except for some jerseys. I usually can't wear a men's small because it's too huge on me. I'm only 5'2" 105lbs and their mens small typically fits me like a kids med or large. Yay! They opened a retail store on Melrose in LA, but unfortunately it seems like it was bad timing. I'm pretty sure it had to close down because of Covid. I'm really hoping they re-open again in the near future.

This is by far the worst managed mens store that I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The owner is too arrogant to have ever been in customer service. This store actually has plenty of very nice merchandise at great prices. However, I would rather pay twice as much than to patronize this big mouth little idiot! He's been in the business for over 50 yrs. One would think that he would have learned how to communicate with people in all that time. It's a shame that the owner Abe is such a buffoon. He's a know it all but, I don't think he realizes how much he could make off that store if he wasn't in it. Stupid is as Stupid does. What a butt head, just a little insignificant mens clothier. I'll never spend money at or even visit this establishment again. Do yourself a favor and don't even go there! They don't even rate one star but, had to to complete my review... Old school doesn't always mean quality. Obnoxious, outdated, judgmental are words that come to mind.
