Not good business people . I scheduled for a dumpster on a Friday , needed for Monday . Gave them…read moremy cc info.. I called them on Monday. They lost my info lost my cc as well.. the finally came 3 hours later.. I needed another dumpster.. I asked for a break on price since they were late . They gave me a $25 dollar credit. I called day before to confirm dumpster . Owner told me that they had over 40 dumpster available and that they would drop another dumpster and pick up full one. Next day we went and found out that was not true and that they had to pick up the full dumpster and empty it , then bring back. Again wasting my time time and my employees time. I called and owner was very rude to me .. he was blaming me.. If I could have waited I would have gone with someone else. When driver finally came back I called to see if they could give me a break on dumpster, cause again I'm paying someone to sit around and wait. Wife gave me another 15 off . WOW. Right. I wrote in memo in check that I was disappointed and would not do business with again.. owner just called me and cursed me out. Everything was easy peasy with Carol during our initial conversation, until it was time to deliver, then it was all problems, and nothing but excuses from Mike. Mike made it seem like he was doing me a favor, never treating me like a customer. Long story short, Affordable had another company provide service, not sure Affordable actually still has equipment. When I called the number on the dumpster to be picked up, I inquired about pricing and they were cheaper than Affordable. So I brought this up to Mike and this racist lunatic unprofessionally lost his shit, screaming cursing and even calling me a JEW, immediately hung up. At that point I was just happy it was all over, but boy was I wrong. A few days later I get a call from Carol saying I owe even more money for overweight, fuel surcharge and credit card fee?! Which was never brought mentioned when ordering. And to top it off, the dumpster was only half full...did they take it somewhere else to fill up? Their laughable documentation was a mobile picture of a piece of paper with some math on it. These people are washed up and have no business dealing with the public. More like UNAFFORDABLE DUMPSTERS.
