After asking Mr. Choi to fix it twice and the issue not being resolved. I reached out to Thumbtacks resolution team. I only asked for Mr. Choi to cover the installation of the correct material 5/4 deck boards on the top and to secure the railing; since he used 1/2 boards that are for a fence instead of 5/4 deck boards. Mr. Choi stopped communicating altogether. He made no effort to stand behind his work and service. I feel like I was completely scammed since I had no choice but to fix the problem due to safety. It cost me $1600 in materials alone to replace the floor boards and secure the railings. Please view the videos and photos for anyone considering using this company they speak for themselves. I urge customers especially women to be vigilant when working with contractors. They take advantage. Please do the research. When the price is low you can almost guarantee so is the quality of service you will receive.

If your expectations are that a crew of people will come to your home in a pickup truck with extension ladders and be done in an hour, that's not quite right. In our particular case, it was just one person, Diego Garrido. Diego is personable and polite. He meticulously removed and cleaned the screens and cleaned the windows and all the crevices in the window sills and tracks. It is a tedious process. What helps is that he uses a sophisticated water filter to take out impurities and keep your windows streak free. As you can see in the pictures, the end result is that the windows look great.
