DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY…read more Just found out I overpaid ad instead of giving me my money back they took my money as part of an "Admin Fee" which just so happened to be the exact amount of the overpayment made. After speaking to others it would appear I am not the only person this has happened to and they do it to anyone who overpays. When I queried this with the accounts manager he kept saying I had not overpaid and that all invoices were up to date but could not explain what this "admin fee" was for other than it being an invoice.
