There have been three occasions where we had to bring a car back because something was done improperly. (Tire bolts not tightened properly, oil pan not fastened, brakes squealing after repair) Each time it was blamed on training new technicians and management was properly apologetic. However this many failures tells me there is a problem with oversight and it's unacceptable to have to go out of our way to bring a vehicle back to correct carelessness. There is too much competition in the area now and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Well was I surprised! We arrived early on a Saturday and worked with Phyllis. Poor Phyllis was was tasked with getting 10 ppl booked on a cruise, in rooms that were adjoining, on a high deck, mid-ship with balconies. A tall order for a ship that was 60% booked but Phyllis was patient and knowledgeable. She knew who to call and what to ask for to get us exactly what we wanted at a price we all could live with. While we waited for the booking details to get tied up, I mentioned my passport needed to be renewed. Phyllis let me know that as a AAA member I could get free passport photos taken...NOW! So a gentlemen (I can't recall his name but he was super kind and was at the front door when we arrived) came over and escorted me to the pi foyer area, took my photos and brought them back to me in a nice cover with the passport renewal forms printed out and stapled together. I was blown away!!! Now, I have not used AAA in forever but we booked our cruises and low and behold my battery goes out on my truck the next week. B/C I had the battery installed and purchased by AAA and it was under warranty they replaced it in less than an hour for free!!! Stay away! Two trips in the past three years have resulted in demands to perform unnecessary…read moreservices and repairs. They even damaged my vehicle performing a simple service. They did fix it, but it wasn't worth my time to wait for their repair for an oil change special. The 2nd visit for a SCHEDULED oil change took almost 3 hours and resulted in an inspection report stating the car needed thousands of dollars of maintenance and repairs. The car was not due for these services by mileage or time according to the manufacturer's guidelines. This years LOF and inspection performed by a local independent shop confirmed all is fine and only an oil change was needed. No contact from management when feedback was provided. Apparently, their business strategy is to try lure people in with some service special, then con everyone and make their money from the few poor people that get intimidated into paying for unnecessary work. This long-time member cancelled our membership, and I DO NOT recommend trying them for emergency or regular service!
