There have been three occasions where we had to bring a car back because something was done improperly. (Tire bolts not tightened properly, oil pan not fastened, brakes squealing after repair) Each time it was blamed on training new technicians and management was properly apologetic. However this many failures tells me there is a problem with oversight and it's unacceptable to have to go out of our way to bring a vehicle back to correct carelessness. There is too much competition in the area now and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

This Meineke charged $1,400 to fix hoses and brackets. Way over priced. Second, and more concerning, when we picked the car up, the passenger side front window had a crack that was about 8 inches long. Right where a passenger would look out ahead...in line of sight. The Meineke person said it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't be replacing the window. He did tell me it went up on a lift, but he said the crack wasn't from their service. Terrible service. BE WARNED....there's likelyhood that your car could get "phantom" damage from this shop...and they don't care.

Well was I surprised! We arrived early on a Saturday and worked with Phyllis. Poor Phyllis was was tasked with getting 10 ppl booked on a cruise, in rooms that were adjoining, on a high deck, mid-ship with balconies. A tall order for a ship that was 60% booked but Phyllis was patient and knowledgeable. She knew who to call and what to ask for to get us exactly what we wanted at a price we all could live with. While we waited for the booking details to get tied up, I mentioned my passport needed to be renewed. Phyllis let me know that as a AAA member I could get free passport photos taken...NOW! So a gentlemen (I can't recall his name but he was super kind and was at the front door when we arrived) came over and escorted me to the pi foyer area, took my photos and brought them back to me in a nice cover with the passport renewal forms printed out and stapled together. I was blown away!!! Now, I have not used AAA in forever but we booked our cruises and low and behold my battery goes out on my truck the next week. B/C I had the battery installed and purchased by AAA and it was under warranty they replaced it in less than an hour for free!!! I always thought AAA was for tow trucks and jump starts on the side of the road but they have so many more benefits. Thanks AAA Team Indian Land

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this AAA-recommended repair facility…read more I brought my vehicle in to have an overheating issue diagnosed and repaired. Not only was the original problem not fixed correctly, but the work performed appears to have caused additional damage to my vehicle, including damage to the water pump and radiator cooling fan. Despite charging me more than $1,600 for the repair, the vehicle continued to experience the same issues. Because the problem was never resolved, I was forced to seek a second opinion from another mechanic. After a thorough inspection, the new repair shop disassembled the affected components and showed me evidence of damage and improper repairs that were left behind by the previous service center. As a result, I am now facing additional repair costs for parts and labor that could have been avoided had the original repair been performed correctly. I trusted this facility because it was recommended through AAA, but my experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. I would not recommend this repair shop based on the quality of work performed and the unnecessary expenses I have incurred as a result. I am requesting full reimbursement of the charges I paid for the original repair, as well as compensation for the additional damage caused to other vehicle components and the extra repair costs I am now being forced to incur to restore my vehicle to proper working condition.
