The worker called the office talked to the owners wife she said she did not quote that price and it did not include the roof blowing and skylights. She sent the previous invoice, it showed window, roof and skylights for $230. She would not stand by her quote and told her workers to leave. I would make sure you get a quote in writing before hiring the firm. The husband , Monteo was very nice but the wife not so nice.

We were getting ready for a Realtor Tour of our house which was going on the market. Sean was here bright and early to clean all our windows, sky lights and sliding glass doors. Some of them had some nasty gunk splattered from previous "less than professional" tradesmen. He had all the glass spotless and shining, also did the tracks for all the sliding glass doors and cleaned the screens. I have recommended Sean to my neighbors, one has already had him do work for her and she also was thrilled.
