This is another good restaurant that can easily handle a 6+ party especially when arriving when they open at 1845. It's a buffet style where you have the option of purchasing an entree with your meal. Some people in my group got the pasta, I had the ham which came with the Menu Gourmand.
They give you a small ticket which you present the person behind the large entree counter and she'll take care of it. There is a side bar where you can items to your plate (carrots and fries for me). There are other areas focused on sides (rice, lentils, potatoes, and more), desserts (flan, tartes, chocolate and cream), and condiments (olives, mustard, pepper).
It's a nice concept and you feel that you get value for your meal. The pasta proved to be unusual for my vegetarian friends with unidentifiable bits narrowed down to bread crumbs. My ham was nice, tasting slightly sweet. The coconut tarte was a highlight. The vegetables sides were good, though all were slightly chilled.
Final note: the play area for children. Be prepared for screams of joy emanating from this corner. read more
