We had such a wonderful experience with Elegance Luxury Event Rentals for our baby shower! We rented our guest chairs, cocktail tables, linens, & a complete kids' table & chair setup from them, & everything came together beautifully. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to work with. Communication was responsive, clear, & professional, & they were also very patient & accommodating as we finalized all the little details leading up to the event. When you're coordinating a larger event with multiple vendors & a million moving pieces, having a rental company that is reliable and easy to communicate with makes SUCH a difference. Delivery & pickup were both smooth and dependable. Everything arrived clean, well cared for, & exactly as expected. The chairs looked beautiful in the space, the cocktail tables were perfect for our setup, the linens tied everything together, & I was especially happy that we were able to rent appropriately sized tables & chairs for the kids. Having all of these items handled through one company made the entire process so much easier. What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. An unexpected issue came up after our event, & they handled it with so much kindness, understanding, and professionalism.
