Ive been told this is the oldest business in Stavanger and that the current owner and his kid s are the 5th/6th generation running it. I was introduced to the owner ALbert via my friend who lives not far from here , Knowing that I was going to be on a few trains where the startions and train food themselves were not going to be good, I loaded up on goods. Fenalår, sausages, ham and a few local cheeses were packed for me personally by the owner. Talk about service. I came to find not only a train trip to be saved by the goods, also a short flight where the lounge I was in had a small and not super appetizing selection of eats.
