Devin was great, she went through some steps with me and from there we created a plan and well, here I am over 2 years later with long hair again, beautiful and healthy! She is also fun and I count her as a friend and look forward to my appointments. I needed to switch to a different stylist so I searched on the internet for reviews, experience of the staff, location, and availability of appointment times. I made an appointment with Cheryl and went on my way. I was very pleased when she sat me in the chair and started looking at, studying, and feeling my hair, all while asking questions about what I wanted done, what I liked and didn't like; all very good questions. I have learned over the years that you need to go to a stylist more than once for them to be able to "undo" any mistakes made by another stylist but I was very happy with my haircut and color when I left and I have now been going to Cheryl for several years. I also dislocated my shoulder in January so I went to Maya several times for a wash and blow dry and was very pleased with her as well. I didn't have to wait long before Bella got started, and she immediately looked at my inspo pictures, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she fully understood what I wanted (even checking that I didn't have any old color in my hair first). She was super easy to talk to and a really great listener, which made the whole appointment relaxing. I really appreciated how much attention to detail she had--especially at the end. After toning and blow drying, she asked me honestly how I felt about the color. I told her I thought it was a little too cool-toned, and she was so kind and understanding. She re-washed my hair, applied a warmer toner, and re-blow dried it just to make sure I truly loved the end result. That meant a lot to me because my hair is thick, and she was so patient, never rushing through.
