Both jobs required deconstruction and then painting, new flooring, sinks and cabinets, shower stall and toilet in the bathrooom, moving cabinets in the kitchen plus new quartz counter top, sink and undercabinet LED lights. I got lots of great advice and ideas prior to and during both projects, the work was excellent quality and there is nothing I would change or was disssatisfied with about the finished projects. Chet has a broad spectrum of excellent skills based on long experience, his attention to detail is uncommonly good, he cares about his work and about customer satifaction. You don't get that level of professionalism much anymore. I couldn't recommend him more enthusiastically.

We've been extremely pleased with Be Happy's yard maintenance over the last few years. So pleased,…read morein fact, that we started using them for snow removal this year as well. From the office team to the crews, it's all about the customer and performing to the customer's expectations. During this year's snowstorms, there was constant email communication letting customers know what to expect and when (their plow crews were working around the clock). Jacob (the principal), is customer focused to the extreme. He has continuously solicited feedback and, when we've had some minor issues, resolves them right away. Today was a perfect example. I called the office to have them come out and "widen" the driveway a bit (snow mounds were encroaching just a bit onto the driveway). I was very clear -- this was not an urgent request, it was just tidying up the driveway a bit. Less than 20 minutes later there was a plow in the driveway taking care of the matter! We wholeheartedly recommend Be Happy for yard care needs or snow removal!
