When I contacted them regarding the blocky reception, they ignored me. My husband ended up sorting it. When part of the aerial fell off, it took me contacting them twice to get a response, and then they were rude to me when they came to replace it. Had they been polite and perhaps even a teeny bit apologetic for the problems, I'd have been much kinder in my review. Things happen; it's how you handle them that counts... I also find it odd that the owner's email address is jdunn, and they've got a five star review from a user called jdunn1...
