She is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever worked with. I consider myself fair and reasonable, but I also have high standards. I am very particular when it comes to staging because it represents a significant investment for my sellers, and the presentation has to achieve a specific result. Not once in all these years has Jen or her team shown frustration or impatience with my requests. In fact, they usually get it right on their own. Prices were half of what the lowest price was on the sticker. I found some special treasures in there to take home. The merchandise was primarily made up of collectibles. Not clothing.
