When I informed him of all the errors, he agreed to refund half of my deposit. When I picked up my Trust copy, I discovered one more example of his sloppy work: a large water stain on the cover, as if it had been carelessly used as a drink coaster. Be prepared to oversee every word of your documents and to overpay for very unprofessional legal work.
