Amazing at everything starting with the beautiful, polite, and professional staff. Their team member was in every room and when I had a question regarding the stuff they were selling, I was getting a detailed description of an item. The staging was professional and very organized. The prices were reasonable, all the items were priced with clear price tags, just some of them were missing the tags, but team members who were working in every room were very helpful in providing prices and descriptions of an item. The company offers moving services for purchased items and it was very helpful for me when they delivered a piece of furniture that I bought. They were very professional with Covid guidelines. Taking temperatures to every attendee, providing sanitizers, gloves, masks, and shoe covers. All was just perfect!

    I went to an estate sale this morning that was run by Treasure Chest Estate Sales. I love estate…read moresales, but it seems like when they're directed by companies rather than individuals, the quality decreases. PROS: The company seems to run very professionally and is attentive to Covid guidelines. They only allowed a few people in at a time, masks required, good signage, out front, etc. CONS: Most things were not priced to sell so much as they were priced for profit. Also, a staff member was with you in every room kind of hovering (if they weren't initially in the room, they followed you into the room). As a customer, this felt awkward and uncomfortable.

Robert appears to have been the ringleader at this sale, he was very generous with his valuable time while sharing with me his expert knowledge referring to the specific vintage and condition of two pieces of furniture. He gave us a free education regarding the importance of dovetailing on dresser drawers. Robert noticed my aunt and carrying the two bulky and heavy pieces to our car and he promptly instructed an assistant to carry these heavy items to our car (we've been to sales before, no one EVER HELPS to load your purchases) his kind gesture was appreciated. We will welcome the opportunity to again shop at one of his sales in the future, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know in need of such services, Robert is capable, caring, and attentive! We really do not know what happened to everything, maybe he just took the big money items and sold them elsewhere to make more money. So disappointed and disgusted, would not recommend

    I'm only putting this review up for one reason and it's not to discourage any potential clients…read morefrom hiring this person or her company. It's for any customers who might decide to attend one of her sales to buy something - this was my experience. This company had a two day sale in Manville, NJ starting on Friday. I live in Brick and I wanted to come because of the large DVD collection that was available. So, because of my work schedule, I took a few hours of paid time off and I drove to Manville early & arrived at the house at about 9:25am. It was about a 90 minute drive due to traffic and heavy construction on the route I took. The sale didn't start until 2pm so I put my name on the list and I was 3rd. I drove around for a bit and came back around noon and waited at the house till the sale started. When we were waiting at the top of the stairs, the lady in charge laid out some ground rules such as cash only, a certain part of the DVD collection was not to be separated, etc. As mentioned, I was third so she let the first 10 in and it was a lot of rushing to the shelving units and tables. It was hectic at the start and I understood that it was probably difficult to handle. After a few minutes, she was telling everybody who had a bag to stop filling it, they were done, they needed to pay and then leave so she could keep the line going. I had managed to get most of what I was looking for but it was difficult to check everything since I saw more that I possibly wanted. When she asked me for my bag, I gave it to her and I tried to take a quick glance but I knew I needed more time. So I asked her to tell me how much I had so far. She said it was $250 and I said okay, let me just take a quick second look for more and then I'll be done. She raised her voice and said with hands in the air, "SIR, SIR - no more. You need to pay for these now because I have to get my customers in - these are my customers" as she was gesturing towards the door. I stood there in disbelief because I thought I was a customer and I asked, "So, I can't just take another quick look - I didn't even get to look at the 2nd table." Again raised her voice and hands in the air, "SIR, SIR, - this is it. Take it or leave it but I got to let more of my customers in sir." The people waiting at the open front door seemed to be surprised too so I said, "Are you serious - I can't even take another look or buy more?" She said again with a raised voice, "No, that's it - take it or leave it. If you don't want what's here - you can leave it." So, I said calmly, "All right, I won't buy anything" so I picked up my bag and poured what was in it onto the couch. She just nodded her head as I said kind of under my breath, "I can't believe this, completely wasted my time - never coming back to another sale of hers." As I was stepping out, she tried to call out "SIR, SIR!" and I just said walking out the door, "Nope, I'm out" and I hurried down the crowded stairs. I walked to where my car was and I ran into a couple people who were in the first group too and they had it happen to them as well. I then checked the time on my phone and it said 2:07pm. So, literally, I as well as others, were only allowed in that house for a little over 5 minutes. That was not enough time for anybody who wanted to buy things unless you knew exactly what you wanted. At one point when I was talking to these other guys, there were a couple other guys trying to go up the stairs and while I didn't hear this clearly, she yelled down from the top of the stairs that she would not let them in or ban them because she needed to keep the stairs clear for safety reasons. This was undoubtedly the worst estate sale I've ever been to in over 10 years. Never have I been told to leave after 5 minutes, nor not being able to look around again to even being told I basically can't buy more. And I wasted paid time off for nothing. I will never attend another one of her sales again. But please, don't let me discourage anybody from using her company for your estate sale. This is just for the customers who attend. Thank you.

There are people who can help you with that, or you can use hooked on phonics, I hear it works! With the not reading theme, you seem to have a comprehension issue as well. I am not sick of people complaining about shipping, that happens rarely. I am sick of people giving their opinions and wasting my time on issues that are trivial. Oh wait, is that word too big for you? Trivial means small and stupid. I use constructive complaints to improve, and I use useless complaints to weed out those who shouldn't be bidding at my sale. The world of the customer is always right is gone, dear sir. But then again you seem to come from the get of my lawn mentality so maybe this is beyond you.  You can use my comments any way you wish. Make sure to spell my name correctly in your review - it's Maureen Bodnar. If you think leaving me a bad review is meant to upset me, think again. I have no issue with that. Any real business has honest reviews, and then I get to respond to it. Some people will read it and be put off, and some will read it and see the response and think you are being a jerk. Life will move forward. So I will let you know again that the handling fee was in the terms, as well as the 18% premium. You can read that now, can't you? Or have I already gone too far beyond your capabilities?

A friend recommend Peggy and Sarah from Second Wind Estate Services and I loved them at first sight! They are so cute and bubbly and they told me they would take care of everything! Of course that was music to my ears! They unpack boxes, go through basements, attics, garages and set it all up to sell. We set up in my basement because we have an outdoor entrance to it and come the first day we had people sitting out front from 6:30 in the morning and the sale didn't start until 9:00 a.m.! The crowd was big! Peggy and Sarah have a following and they advertise for you so the people just show up! My sale lasted three days and it was a HUGE success! We sold about 75% to 80% of the stuff which was fantastic! If you want to get more organized and get rid of things that have been hanging around for years, call these girls. You won't be disappointed!!

Please do not deal with this individual or this business because they are scammer taking hard working people for their hard earned money I would not recommend them to anyone. Bad business.!
