I was going to do it myself but he explained that the water he uses is purified and that this is essential so no watermarks are left after the cleaning process is done. And guess what, no residue was left! I also had dove poop on my porch and it did leave stains on the cement even after pressure washing it with soap several times. He has a special machine that cleaned the hell out of the cement. (SEE VIDEO) He has a holding container for water in his truck trailer in order to achieve higher water-per-minute output as most houses can't do it. I was very impressed with the results. In November, I hired window Butler to clean the gutters of my house, since I did not have a way of…read moregetting up there. they claimed to have done it, and sent me an invoice. with no way of verifying that the job had been done, I took them at their word and paid the invoice. it was only a few days ago, when I had a contractor up there doing something else that we realized it was never done at all. I called them about it, they promised to investigate and call me back. They never did, so I called them; they told me they would come on Saturday. Predictably, they never showed up. it wasn't until Tuesday that I was finally able to get them to do the job. the guy who finally did do it, was one of the rudest people it has been my displeasure to encounter in a professional setting. The icing on the cake? When I called them to ask if I would be getting a partial rebate, or even a coupon for all of the trouble, only response I got was " well we showed up didn't we?" so, if you don't want a job done right, you don't want to be treated with professional respect, you want to be pestered by the billing department every single day starting the day you get the invoice, or you don't want the job to be completed at all feel absolutely free to hire window Butler.
