This included a niche Japanese sparking sake called Mio. Seriously. Given all the constraints and unreasonable requests, I am surprised they didn't drop us as clients. Their price was also more than reasonable and they have all licensing and services which is quite rare for their price range. Most venues rely on the venue to have certain licensing and bartending services with this kind of licensing become quite expensive.
