Unfortunately the first home we had Gary inspect we did not purchase but we made this decision based on Gary's inspection services of the home. His inspection likely saved us $50,000 + and a head-ache of problems with this particular home. We enjoyed his approach and extreme attention to detail within the report / follow-up explanation that we used him for the second home we set out to purchase. His second report was just as fantastic as the first! Gary really takes his time yet is super efficient and delivered the report to us within minutes of finishing the in person inspection. He spent another hour or so meeting with us in person to explain every detail and made recommendations on how to address each of the items he had pointed out as potential fixes. We would recommend Gary to any of our friends and family!! Great price, great service and overall super pleasant person to do business with. Thank you Gary!!!

Flushed toilets, ran bathtubs, checked all visible outlets for electrical power, and properly wired outlets (of which many were incorrectly wired), checked the electrical panel innards, garage door opener, lights in entire house. Gary got up on the roof (as he saw it safe to do so), inspected it, took pictures. Gary got up into the attic, and checked the underside of the roof, and everything else up there. did i forgot anything?..yes i did..did Gary?..NO HE DIDN'T ! I bought a condo in January 2020 and did a search on Yelp for home inspectors. I received prompt…read morereplies from all the inquires including from Paul's team at "I Find It Inspections". The reason I chose "I Find It Inspections" is because my realtor recommended him too. Strangely though, when I was letting other businesses on Yelp know that I booked my home inspection with someone else, most were gracious but one company asked who I booked with and then started to say really negative things about the company I chose!?! I was a bit shocked at the time - not impressed and worried a little bit about my decision. In the end, I trusted my realtor (who was Pete Shpak and really excellent) and I trusted my gut. Anyway - Paul was on time and ready to roll at our appointment. He did a thorough inspection and was awesome. He was not arrogant or rushed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly experienced in this business. Great attention to detail and he came across as someone who is honest. He provided a great maintenance manual and answered all my questions. The building was already pretty new and probably did not need an inspection but I still wanted an inspection. Paul provided the Peace of Mind I needed before the deal was finalized. He provided information I wanted to be confident in finalizing my purchase. I am very glad Paul was there for me and would be delighted to work with him again in the future. Here's wishing Paul and his company continued success. And for all you others who are shopping around and sending inquiries on YELP - I can assure you can safely ignore any of the haters who will say garbage about their competitors to try and get your business. Not a classy thing for one company to trash another business - they probably are losing more business by doing that. Paul is great and I'd book with them again.
