I'm incredibly grateful for the amazing service this electrical company provided. They came out to fix the fans in my sick grandfather's home, and their kindness meant so much to our family. The manager was extremely compassionate, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process, and the electrician was professional, respectful, and efficient. It's rare to find a company that truly cares about people, not just the job. I highly recommend them for both their excellent work and their genuine compassion. It was also very reasonably priced!!! read more

A professional service and good value for money. They installed the wiring for my new blinds. thank you!

Same day service, spoke with Mary. She was professional and prompt. I am not from this area but needed help with a few small things at my parents place in town. They were available to come out and get everything taken care of. Communication, quality and price were perfect! Abel was my tech. He explained everything and cleaned up as if he'd never been here. Thanks to Mary and Abel, my parents will be using them for all of their future needs. read more

Hired them to install a light on the rear of our home they went in the attic broke a water line flooded the attic laundry room entry and garage a HORRIBLE experience read more

I called to move an electrical plug and the electrician was able to wire it into my desired location BUT he had no wall plugs so he buried the wire in the wall outlet and left with the breaker switch off for that area of the house. Cost$150. A few days later my wife noticed a power interruption on the refrigerator and I went to the electric panel and noticed a tripped switch and I turned it on. I panicked as I realize I may of activated the wall plug and maybe the wires were exposed and my house could catch on fire. I called again for service but this time I went down to ACE hardware and bought some plugs as I needed to get this job completed and did not trust that the electrician showing up would have the supplies to do the work. Another $125. So if you want to pay $275 to move some plugs and run around town getting supplies use AC Electric. read more

First of all...I have been in the construction trade (home builder, cabinet maker) for 45 years. The only electrical company I've used here in Naples was A/C Electrical. Great experienced people. Secondly...I was unaware that in florida you can buy a company including the license. This is NOT the same company as the long standing A/C Electrical owned by my USMC brother. It was purchased by a datatech firm to do power ups (i suppose). I have a mobile home. I contracted them to move the electrical panel 10 feet. FPL was involved. They asked me to leave the framing open for their ease of access. I did. They came in at 9 am by 1 pm they had failed the first inspection. For some reason they did not pay the reinspection fee and I was out of electricu for 8 days. They installed a huge 44 slug panel for 6 circuits. It should have been 7 but one circuit was dicarded under the home. Plenty of their trash there too. The weirdest thing was that these guys hung the panel upside down. In 45 years I have never seen an electrical panel hung upside down. When I questioned it..."we do it all the time". They didn't have the stones to tell me that they cut the sevice legs too short. After 5 days with no power I chased down the new owner and he got things moving. For all the trouble...10% off...and an additional 15% off my next project with them????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT read more

Service was expeditious, thorough, very professional, and not at extortionate prices. AC Electric also restored my faith in the competency of local licensees, as well as pointed out where I escaped a home fire. The recessed lighting in the kitchen ceiling was suddenly gonzo. No homeownrer's switch of the breaker nor changing of bulbs solved the problem. So AC Electric arrived and was able to retrace the prior electrician's ham-handed work, spending almost twenty minutes looking beyond the usual spots to places beneath the insulation to finally locate a junction box where wires were left crossed and where they eventually shorted. Egad, I didnt like looking at that fried piece of wire, and imagining what danger was averted. AC cleaned up nicely, and left me feeling safe and secure again. I immediately called the boss and relayed my compliments for a job well done. Whew read more

I have known this company for years and they are awesome! Highly recommended.

Superb service! Arrived on time and installed 5 room fans. Very quick and knowledgeable.

We have working with them multiple times and we would not use anyone else. Not only do they always keep their word with timing, their pricing is reasonable for the work they provide. Everyone here at SWF Construction highly recommend to use them from anything to changing or updating lighting to room additions they can do it all. SWF Construction Team read more

I know enough about electrical wiring to know when I'm in over my head, so I called AC Electrical when a short developed on a pretty exotic line that zig-zagged all over the property. Juan literally found the source of the fault within about 10-15 minutes as well as some pretty improper wiring that was completed under the care of the home's previous owner. Scheduling was a breeze and pricing was very, very fair. Technical skill of the electrician was terrific. Will be happy to use these guys again in the future. read more

I had a chandelier installed in my home. It has sentimental meaning, as it was my dear deceased mother's. I can tell you that Juan, the service technician certainly honored her with his excellent service. He presented on time, neat and clean; even wearing shoe shields. His skill was wonderful. Also, he conferred with me during the installation to assure that the placement was just where I wanted it. He is very polite and has an easy smile. A great representative of AC Electrical company. Pricing is very fair. They even have a discount for veterans. I would recommend this company. read more

DOES NOT SHOW FOR APPOINTMENTS! We set an appointment for 2:30. MARCO called and left a cell number asking to make it 11:30. I left a message that 11:30 was fine. Next day...no show at 11:30, no show at 2:30. I called at 2:30. MARCO said running late on prior job, would be 3:00. I said fine, we have stayed home all day, just please be sure to come out. (GFI replacement - how hard is that!) 4:00 office calls to say not coming. Office reschedules FRANK for 10:30-noon. GUESS WHAT? Frank doesn't show either! No call from office.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

It has taking me almost 2 years to get around to writing this review but because we are so unhappy with everything the two workers from A/C Electrical did we are posting it now. They were extremely slow - and they were charging an hourly rate so we paid a high premium for shoddy work. They installed 4 high end ceiling fans that we supplied and also installed under cabinet kitchen lighting. Two of the fans have never worked properly and now half of the lights do not work. read more

First class job and very quick too Abel & Abel are tops.

Was able to get a next day appointment, they were on time, very informative, super friendly, and very thorough.

Expensive and had to call company three times to get them back out to correct the first problem they encountered, fixed, charged me and then it broke again. Go elsewhere for cheaper/better rates and service, they act like they are doing you a favor. read more
