Coming up to Missouri for my cousin's wedding, we needed to find accommodations. We enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the river and main area of downtown. Plus, having a casino attached to hotel was a bonus. We arrived about 45 minutes prior to check in, but the hotel receptionist did not hesitate to allow us to check in early. Unbeknownst to us, our hotel room was upgraded to a Roulette King room. Our room was located in the 5th floor at the very end of the hall. So there was no constant foot traffic around our room which was nice. The room itself was spacious. I don't think I ever stayed in hotel room that had a six person dining room table in it! We had a nice view of the river as well. The room also came with two TVs. My wife and I did a quick walk through the casino just to check it out. There were a lot of gaming options but there was no free booze while gaming. My wife was excited about having a Starbucks adjacent to our hotel lobby. This is a phenomenal hotel and would definitely consider staying here in the future!

No greetings, no description of the facilities or services available. Every day we had to ask at the front desk for them to clean the room. The first night we asked for a couple of additional pillows which we never got. The mattress was good but the worst pillows ever. The (older) lady at the front desk was the least friendly person ever, let me put it this way, the TSA agents at St Louis airport were way friendlier than her. The room was okay but the second day they just folded used towels back on the rack (wet and dirty towels). I will never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it either

I was pressed to spend more than $100 so maybe that's why they were this but not exactly what I expected. I appreciate no carnations , baby's breath, or cheap bow but kinda disappointed in what we did get. The recipient was so happy so it did its job. However, I didn't envision it quite like this and did feel pressured to spend more which I have not ever experienced from a florist. I was also told "we don't use clear vases"... sooo. Kinda wish what I ordered was more transparent than the vase.
