My niece book this company and when I say unprofessional I mean unprofessional. They have really slacked off. I used them in the past the first year or two when they opened. But now I would not they spoke with my grandmother terribly about the inflatable they set up. It wasn't cleaned and the inside was disgusting. They kids had all kinds of dirty and hay all in their socks and in their hair. The lady who said she was the manager was rude and unprofessional. Talk like she was talking to someone on the streets. When people are your advertisement being courteous and kind and understanding and willing to fix a solution to a problem it's in your best interest for your business. If zero was a rating I have to give it to them.. read more

We spoke to Al the owner the night before our ever the next morning at 10 am and we had no problems. We had nothing to worry about. They were professional, timely and provided great customer service. A Bounceable Time - Water slide - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me - York, South Carolina

This is our 2nd time renting from this company. We always rent a jump house and some chairs. Didn't really have any issues during the first time, except the white plastic chairs they offer are not in the best shape to say the least and they do not provide any covers for them. The 2nd time around, same issues with the chairs, they are not presentable and should be covered up. No issues with the delivery / pickup guys, however, the management / office workers are dishonest. I was told that I will be charged a $75 cleaning fee because of some mud that was left on the outside of the unit which and I quote "took 4 hours to clean and use of bleach" I don't know what planet they're from, there is no way it would take 4 hours to hose off 4 fresh mud prints off a plastic. On top of that they billed my credit card for a different amount then what they said . They are dishonest and obviously do not care about customers or customer retention. There are many companies who offer the identical products and services, and these days the only thing that separates these is the customer service and nothing else. A Bounceable Time, is not the company you want to use for your events. look elsewhere save yourself head ache, time, and money. read more

This company is poorly run, owner (Al) is unresponsive, unapologetic if you have issues and downright rude. I would not recommend this company and had issues dealing with them. Al took a week returning phone calls and with my issue regarding my special needs child, was unapologetic and uncaring. So many more options that are less hassle. read more

If you are looking for a place to cancel on you last minute - then this place is for you. I booked A Bounceable Time for my son's 3rd Birthday Party and they canceled last minute. After calling around to other places hoping someone could help me out in the last minute - I was told that A Bounceable Time does this all of the time. I wish someone would have warned me.... read more

They did a great job. Competitively priced. Showed up to setup in plenty of time before my event. They showed me how everything worked. Everything went smoothly. Will definitely use them for my next event read more

I have used this service several times and they are always reliable, professional and reasonably priced.

WARNING - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Cancelled our rental 5 days before our event!!! Our first experience with this company was decent so we decided to order with them again. We placed an online order back in June (just as we did before) and received several confirmation emails that the order was well received and we were scheduled...no mention that they COULD NOT deliver to our area on the site (but they'll probably update that once they see this review). Once we received the confirmation order, we sent out invites for my 1 year old son's birthday confirming that over 20 people (including kids and folks from out of town) were coming. 5 days before our event, we received a phone call that they no longer delivered to our area and were not able to fulfill the order...REALLY?! Surely they knew that when the order came through AND was confirmed back in June, right?! The young lady gave us another company that delivered to our area and said to call back if we couldn't find anything and "we'll make it work". The alternate company didn't have any availability so we called back...she completely went back on her word and proceeded to provide excuses upon excuses including: "We cancel with customers the week of all time and no one has problem with it"; "People normally call in when they order online"---- THEN WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING A WEBSITE?! We then requested that the owner be contacted to see if something could be worked out...again, NOTHING. So now we are left scrambling, nobody has any bounce houses available, food has been ordered, cakes/invitations/party favors/games decorated to match the bounce house and we are left with silence. Truth be told, they probably already rented out the bounce house we were supposed get and they're just too chicken to tell us about it. Just don't even bother booking with them...they probably won't fulfill the order anyway. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! read more

ABT is great! The slide was in excellent condition and provided hours of entertainment for the kiddos. The crew was very professional with set up and take down. I will absolutely use them again! read more

We rented a water slide for the 4th of July. We got a call and email the night before letting us know what time they would setup and got a call in the morning when the crew was on their way. They setup very quickly and came back after our rental time and quickly took it down. My kids loved the slide and had an absolute blast. read more

ABT was wonderful!!!! We rented an obstacle course for our birthday and had the best time. ABT was friendly when calling, the set up crew was polite and courteous. ABT is a fantastic company to work with! Al and his team go above and beyond to ensure they deliver top notch products and service. I've worked with ABT for the past two years on events for a high-profile client and ABT always puts their best foot forward - they communicate clearly, can be flexible when details change on the fly, and price their services fairly. Highly recommend working with ABT! read more

If you need things to be done well with little effort, call ABT. Our first company picnic was a huge success! I received quick, prompt and courteous service. Very responsive by phone and e-mail. During my first conversation with Al, he assured me he could get it done - and that was the truth. General Manager Shane arrived very early for set up. He does his job extremely well. An extremely professional and personable gentleman, he made sure he understood my vision for the event prior to set up and was available during the entire time myself or any of our employees had questions or needs. The crew was great from the cooks to the event coordinators. The food was delicious: well-seasoned and fresh from the grill. My employees wanted for nothing. There was plenty for them to do. ABT's field event coordinators were present during each of our activities. Not once did I see anyone scale back on their involvement, even when things slowed down as far as participants for the event. The equipment was in great working order and not tattered. I was informed throughout the entire process. This was one event where I had really had to do nothing other than show up. ABT are true professionals and my go-to for future events. They are also very willing to customize the event to your specification and budget, while still making it memorable. Al, Cindy and staff: Thank you very, very much!!! read more

If I can give them zero stars I would. The most horrible experience I have had with a business I paid. They were late bringing the bounce house and they were late picking it up. When I called them they hung numerous times. And towards the end, the person on the line named Al Grabler cursed me out. This company made a happy moment which was my 4year old's birthday into a horrible moment. They should NOT be in business!!! read more

Best Party Rental Business I have to say! Al, the owner is funny and makes your party planning experience one of a kind. It was good to know people out there are so friendly, since I was in town helping my sister plan out my neices birthday. They have so many options to choose from. Customer Service was superior, great prices, the inflatable units were clean too. (Surprising since they get so much wear-n-tear) I would recommend them if you are hosting a party out in South Carolina. read more

We recently rented the Mayhem bounce house and were very impressed by the quality. I reserved the bounce house online and received an email confirmation. One week before the event I received a phone call to discuss all the details for set up, etc. The crew called 30 minutes before arrival and set up was quick with no issues. The bounce house itself was amazing - it was clean and had no tears or other issues. Tear down was also fast. Everyone was very courteous and respectful of our property. ABT will definitely be our go-to company for bounce houses from now on. read more

Normally, I hate writing negative reviews. I feel most businesses make mistakes. However, the situation we are currently experiencing is rather egregious. We ordered a bouncy house for my son's birthday. Unfortunately it rained that day and we had to cancel. The company policy is cancellations need to be provided the day before the event because they don't want to spend time and money loading trucks that get turned around. I called the day before as expected but was told by their owner that I should wait and call the following morning by 6AM. I was told that the drivers check VM before loading up the trucks and this would not violate their cancellation policy. I called at 2AM (up late prepping for party) and left a detailed message that we would need to cancel because, as we had expected, the forecast did not change and it was definitely going to rain. Later that day their driver called me at 10:30AM saying he was on his way. I explained to him what had transpired the day before and that I had already called that morning to cancel. He very rudely said, "whatever" and hung up. A few days later I called their office to confirm that we would be able to reschedule the bouncy house another time and that we would not be charged. The owner kept telling me he would look into it and call me, but never did. Now several months later and we are trying to book our already paid for bouncy house for my son and some of our neighbors kids to enjoy at a block party, and I am being told they have no record of the conversation and that we will need to pay another $60 to reserve the bouncy house. After several phone calls again with the owner, who never calls you back or follows through on anything, they are insisting I never called and left a message. So, this company has effectively stollen almost $200 of my money as I am not paying them another dime for their services. It is sad a company that is supposed to provide fun and entertainment for kids treats their customers so poorly. read more

I would really give them "0" stars if that was an option. I experience such horrible service from this moon bounce company. I paid in full for an inflatable to be delivered to my sons 4th Birthday party this past Saturday August 27, 2016. I was given a set time of delivery, but inflatable was not delivered until an hour and a half later. No one called to inform me the drop of time had changed, so I am sitting out in 90 degree weather with my 4 year old son waiting for delivery. Attempted to call multiple times, to no avail no one answered. Finally got someone after calling 25x, then the phone mysteriously hung up. Upon picked which was scheduled for 5:30pm again no one was there for the scheduled pick up, park closed at 6, they did not come til 7:17pm also cussed me out for calling to ask what time they would be here for pick up, and then hung up on me, with no apologies. Such horrible experience, I do not recommend anyone renting from this company. read more
