I was actually working from home on the 3rd service date, in which the two people who showed up, late and didn't have a mop with them, spent one hour in my condo when they said they were done. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a kitchen full of dishes in an hour for $150! The cleaning was very superficial but the owner just asked if "I was happy with what they did", to which I replied that I couldn't observe how they did anything but one hour is not adequate to do a thorough cleaning. I just confirmed that I wouldn't be continuing with their service and the response was "I'm sorry you feel that way". I Do NOT recommend unless you are able to micromanage all of their movements. I cannot do that, which is why I need help at home.

We recently contacted Carrie Hillard for our interior trim painting throughout the entire home…read more She immediately called us back when we left a message requesting an estimate. She came out the next day and from the "get go" we had a gut feeling that she would do a good job and we were not disappointed!! She started the job in two days and estimated that it would take two days and she was finished on time as promised. She is a perfectionist with her painting and it showed in the finished result. She even touched up numerous areas from a previous wall painter. She said that it would have driven her crazy to not do this for us and luckily we had some extra paint from that job. I only wish we would have hired her to do the original wall painting. She also was very careful about cleaning any paint droppings and swept up and cleaned everything upon completion. We were extremely happy with her work and the final results!!

Good work but pricey. I did a interior work with Miller Precision Painting in Jan 2024. He priced…read more$2400 and upon finishing, requested another $400 because it took longer than expected. I recently proposed an exterior project and he quoted me $11700 in the beginning but later promtly reduced to $7500 because another 5-star vendor offered $6600 to do the project. I tried to negotiate a $6800-$7000 price to still perform the project with Miller Precision Painting but he rudely rejected with strong emotion. Based on my simple math calculation, he likely over-charged me by 36%. Also, Mr. Miller is just so arrogant during the whole communication process. I invited him over three times to meet in person but he never showed up as the appointments were. I am guessing it is because I have a foreigner face here and he never took me seriously. Overall, I have no problem with the quality of service provided. But the pricing and the communication needs to strongly improve.
