Through a rear end collision, where I was not at fault but claimed to be through these guys receiving a point on my driving record, I had used my un/underinsured motorist coverage I'm pretty sure the payout upset them. Keep in mind this was not at all my fault. THEY reported me as a bad driver and gave me points on my record so now I will be disputing this through dmv.
