The driver was most unpleasant saying we'd kept him waiting. I found this upsetting and called the office - the man who answered was just as rude. Not a nice start to a day out. When my son questioned why the price was so high the taxi driver declared it had always been this price. Myself and my husband get a taxi every weekend from the same spot to the same destination (as my son did) and it has never ever been this price even when we use black cabs, which we appreciate cost more. I would NOT recommend any one use this firm,particularly vulnerable students who may less money than most people. In comparison we used a different taxi firm last week from Balby to Askern which cost £12.00 so it does beg the question, why this taxi firm charges seem to be charging much more than any other firm in Doncaster.
