The receptionist was very pleasant both on the phone and in person. We were greeted right away and we were brought to our room. They have a weekday special running from 12 PM to 5 PM an hour long reflexology for $60. My husband who mind you never likes to go out and do these types of things said that he definitely will be coming back to do the weekday special. Can't wait to see you guys soon!

Both our RMTs were kind and asked for feedback during the massage in regards to pressure and location. I asked for a full body massage with a focus on my lower back and shoulders and Zamee delivered! I think the oil they use feels a bit too greasy (especially because they only wipe the oil from your back, not really from your legs/arms). For both of us, it was quite expensive with tax and tips (they ask for 15% tips and you can adjust based on your experience). The actual spa is quite nice, dark ambient lights, nice smells, and comfortable beds. They also gave us some jasmine honey tea at the end of the massage which was a nice touch.

Upon entrance, I was greeted by the receptionist and filled out my health history form. I was actually surprised that they directly bill to insurance companies since many places do not directly bill, unless if it is a clinic. After filling out my forms, I was greeted by Karli Rose, and she lead me to the treatment room. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, giving me the relaxing feels like within a spa setting. Karli Rose did a thorough consult with me prior to the treatment. The massage itself was amazing. Karli Rose had the perfect medium-deep pressure during the massage. She allowed me to chit chat when I wanted, but also allowed me to be in my own silent space. I really enjoyed talking with her and getting to know her, especially since we had similar past experiences. Since this was my first appointment, I was able to receive the first-time price of $59.99. The receptionist mentioned the membership for future appointments, which I declined for now since I maxed out my benefits for the year, but have thought about it for next year when it resets. Looking forward to coming back to see Karli Rose before she goes for maternity leave!

The masseuses don't talk which is pleasant and relaxing along with the peaceful music playing. It was so serene and lovely. Then the receptionist put 2 random people in our room and the entire experience was completely ruined. They were loud and talking on the phone and just being obnoxious literally bringing back the stress that was just relieved. It is very unfortunate as while I was getting massaged I was thinking this is the best I've received and then these people came in an ruined it. Sure the people can do what they want but the company should not group people together that are not there together or at least let their clients know in advance. Joe is great and if he worked anywhere else I would go to him once a week but this place is officially off my go to massage list, shame. Dear miss happy foot receptionist, please do not put separate clients who do not come in together in the same room for a massage as it is awkward and ruins the serene massage experience that your clients are looking for. Thank you kindly, Your massage client.

The location is clean, bright and the beds are set up ready to go. The beds are little short for us (if you're tall your legs might touch the wall) but they're HEATED which was awesome. My masseuse Betty was very attentive to my needs. It's not meant to be a slow-paced, aromatherapy massage. She has quick hands and great technique to get to your tight spots. She warned me in advance that my back would be sore for a few days, so no surprises. They apply menthol cooling cream as well to help with relaxing your muscles. Also does a few stretching / twisting poses to help with the massage. The head massage portion was fantastic, and the weighted hot towel felt amazing at the end to relax my back. We did a $79+ tax for 90 min combo, we used it all for body massage, but would love to try their foot massage as well. Currently not accepting any new RMT patients, but yes for acupuncture
