A better fence builds great reliable fences and I am very happy with the services that I have seen so far!

Thr father was good but the son sucks. He took my elderly mothers money and neber came back. He wont answer my mothers calls. I will be filing a complaint against him and his company! I would never recommend his work because it was garbage. read more

WARNING!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! We paid Christian 60 percent upfront to pay for materials on 5/1/2024. He did not answer any calls or messages. Eventually, he showed up on 5/21/24 and removed the fence and put up some posts. He left the old fence in my yard. We have not heard from him since. He will not answer calls or messages. He took our money and did not do the job. read more

Does not finish his jobs and will not return calls or texts. Posts were put in with concrete the crumbles, hence the post fall out. Pickets split within a couple of weeks, rot boards are not nailed in correctly, no gate posts caps. Do not use him! We will be filing a complaint with BBB and going to small claims court. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid them a 60% ($9,958.17) deposit 5/5/25, they didn't start 'working' until 6/11/25. I was told they had already bought all the supplies in May. After they started work, they showed up late, with no materials. I had to go to the suppliers and pay in person for the materials that I had already paid for($4,271.29) because he said his bank accounts were frozen, and his money garnished (5K?) for back owed child support. They tried to put 2 3/8" posts in the corners even though I had asked and paid for 4" posts. They never cleaned up, they left wood laying on the ground in the rain and tried to tell me the wood wouldn't warp. The fence is not level, they built the fence outside my lot, never did the gates and I fired them because they kept showing up late, leaving early and the work was garbage. No temporary fence was put up and there were holes in the fence the entire time. Their work was awful, and they lied to my face daily about leaving to go to lunch then never coming back. Seems like there is an issue with drug abuse in this company. read more

If I could give a 0 star review I would, Christian took my deposit of 60% on 5/ 5/25. He told me he needed that much up front to make sure he got the best price for the materials. I told him we could start the fence second week of June. We were told that he bought all the supplies up front so that he didn't have to pay extra if the market changed. We planned our start date for the 2nd week of June which was Monday the 9th of June. He called/texted on June 8th and said they could be here on Tuesday June 10th at 9 am. He texted me early Monday morning letting me know he had family court at 10 and he would be here after. I got a text at 1130 saying he was done with court. He then told me his guys were at the warehouse picking up the materials I already paid for. They texted again at 230 PM telling me that they got my materials loaded but they were unable to show up because it was raining in Tomball. The next day they didn't show up until after noon with the "materials". They tore my fence out, Wednesday 6/11/24, with the promise of putting up temporary fencing so my neighbors could let their dogs out. No temp fence was provided, they ended up using the old hog wire to put up a temp fence, which did nothing to prevent the dogs from going back and forth through the yards. I have chickens, which free range during the day. I had to keep them locked up in their coop for 10 days before the temp fence was ok. They kept showing up late stating that it "took forever at the shop". (to get my already paid for materials) Granted, it rained during the time of my fence being built. I don't dispute that, however, it was always a runaround. They would say we will be there at 7, 8, 9 AM and no one would show up. Or I would get a text saying that the suppliers took forever loading the trailer so they couldn't get here in time. I have never heard of a job where everyone is in the dark about what is happening, the boss only shows up on day 5. He sends his father to do the work even though he had a massive stroke 5 years ago, and while physically capable his linguistics are not the best. I paid for 4" posts in the corners of my yard. Not the prettiest, but we paid for it so it had to be what we want. They put 2 3/8 inch posts at the back of my property, I came out and called them on it. They pulled the posts, but left all the concrete in the holes. The next day they had to come out and dig the concrete out to put in the poles in the size I asked for. When they dug the concrete out, they pulled my survey posts/ lot stakes that have been there for 40 years. They then proceeded to put new posts wherever they wanted with no care for the lot lines. My back fence is now 8 inches over the property line. Christian assured me that the gates had already been built (not true). He came out twice to "check on things". He told me that he had his account seized by the OAG and he had $5,000 garnished so he couldn't pay for the pickets. I had to go to his suppliers to pay for all the materials for the second time. That was on Friday the 26th of June. I got there at 730 when they opened, he didn't show up until after 830. I then paid for the materials. They were 2nd in line. I left when they were loading up. They didn't show up to my house until the next day, with a story about how it had rained, and incorrect materials. So, at this point I had paid 95% up front and my fence wasn't even started. They put up the fence quickly once I told them I was upset. Wrong corner posts, wrong "to level" install. My fence looks like crap, they took an extra week to fill holes in the fence due to roots. My husband and I had to go out every day to clean up after these guys. My husband went out and cut the roots out of the way just so that they could finish. Nothing got done, they left the holes. I had them show up on the 4th of July because they hadn't done more than 2 solid hours of work a single day they came out. They were here for 3 hours and didn't have any of the correct materials. This man is a charlatan, I ended up firing him because he came to my house, worked for maybe 2 hours, then, he had to ask me to move my car so he could go to the store to get a saw blade. I asked him, point blank if he was coming back, and he told me yes. I let him leave and he never showed back up. Multiple calls and texts went unanswered. I decided that it would be better to just fire him and be finished with it. Now I have to pay a legitimate company to come out and fix it, not to mention build the gates. I also have to do a new lot survey to get my stakes redone. So I'm out 14,000+ dollars for a crap job and I have to pay more to use a vetted company. I am taking this to court. read more

Did a great job manufacturing and installing an extension of our wrought-iron fence, but did a poor job reinforcing our wooden fence which was tilting. Claimed that baseboards were not needed for the wooden fence - which was true with regard to the structural integrity of the fence - but baseboards were definitely needed to prevent erosion from the neighbor's yard. They either did not understand this or wanted to cheap out...perhaps they underbid the wrought-iron and were trying to make it up on the wooden fence, but either way, it is not acceptable. We attempted to entice them to correct the wooden fence work by asking them to paint the wrought-iron fence for an additional fee. They half-assed both jobs, leaving nails sticking out and using cheap paint that was haphazardly sprayed everywhere. In addition, they were consistently late and did not communicate when they would arrive. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy. We ultimately felt like we were paying them to leave. read more
