No response after endless calling for services, poor business and communication over all.

Not good. Just not good customer service at all. I waited and tried to see if they would do the right thing, but these guys needed constant babysitter which was quite ironic. Spoke with them before arriving, then they were closed on the day and time we were scheduled to pick up the equipment - no one answering, normal hour day - finally get a hold of someone and they tell me it's just too bad they cant get my my rented equipment until the next morning or 8:00 that night. I tell them forget it just bring it first thing in the morning - they promise 7am of course! 8:30am.... I'm calling like maniac, trying to live my life but needing the equipment. Never refunded me, never apologized, never offered to pick up items complimentary. Strange people honestly.... the stuff we rented was clean and in good shape so i'll give 2 stars at least for that read more

Cleanliness improvement is needed but they have lots of solutions to visiting grand babies !

They fulfilled a need with timeliness and clean products and retrieved them when needed too.

This place has saved my butt many times - most recently when the car rental agency gave us an "infant seat" which had the LATCH system removed, no infant inserts, and was damaged. It could not safely be used. I was able to get an infant seat that day and they installed it for me. I cannot say enough great things about this place and have used them every time I've had a baby in Florida over the past 6 years. This place is great. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. Did everything over the phone. Rented a crib, stroller, car seat and box of toys. The toys were a great assortment and my grandson loved them. The items were delivered on time and they set everything up. Gave us detailed instructions on use and even installed the car seat in my vehicle. When it was time to return them they showed up on time and the delivery/pick up driver was very nice Apparently they have been providing this service for a very long time. I have no reservations about recommending this company for any of your needs regarding guest/grandchildren beds, toys strollers, etc.. read more

A Baby's Choice was a wonderful find. They supplied us with a great crib, upgraded mattress, and booster seat for our 1-1/2 year old grandson and made it simple. After miscommunication with owners of the house we rented in FL we were left with no crib. A Baby's Choice arranged delivery and pick up with the rental house manager and greatly relieved any concerns we had, at a reasonable price. Our little guy slept through all 4 nights like a champ. This business is a lifesaver! I had my twins early, unplanned cesarean. I was discharged from the hospital needing a hospital grade pump for my NICU Twins. Gary answered my email Saturday night and got me a pump for Sunday. (They were closed but helped me because of our emergency!). Amazing customer service he came in Sunday with a sprained ankle to help us. We are so thankful! read more

I had recently moved to Florida and my furniture hadn't arrived yet. I decided to rent a rollaway bed from A Baby's Choice. It was a great price for round trip delivery. The representative showed up at my house the same day I called (which was not an option for any other company in the area) and he gave me a mattress pad to use for the bed. I was concerned about the cleanliness of renting beds, but the bed was clean and the representatives assured me that their cleaning process was credible. Within a week I was set to return the bed, however my furniture still hadn't arrived yet nor was I sure when I would receive my furniture. I decided to keep the bed for another night; the company only charged me for one night and allowed me to keep the bed free of charge over the weekend. They would pick up the bed the next week because there wasn't a driver available to pick up the bed in my area. This was such a great gesture on behalf of A Baby's Choice, especially because I am several months pregnant and really needed a bed. Within a day I received notice that my furniture was arriving. We used A Baby's Choice to rent a crib, high chair, toys last Thanksgiving. Booked over the phone and got a receipt emailed to me very promptly. Everyone I spoke to was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very happy to see that the items were in our room when I arrived. They were clean, age appropriate and my son really enjoyed everything. Overall great experience and we are using them again this year. read more

They coordinated with my family where the delivery and installation needed to take place. They set everything up quickly and were professional. I needed a full-size crib to ride out Hurricane Irma. I called the night before they were closing their offices to prepare for the weather and they were able to accommodate me. I was contacted the next morning (after they finished boarding their office) and the crib was delivered shortly thereafter. I was very impressed with their customer service and considering what was happening, they did not need to go out of their way for my request - but they did. I have rented car seats (for a visit from my niece and nephew) and cribs in the past, all with ease. I am very happy to continue doing business with A Baby's Choice! read more

I hate to say this but I RARELY write reviews, but this place deserves it!! I was impressed initially with the amount of products they had available and the pricing was so reasonable and made it so nice that it was less we had to pack and worry about. We ordered a full sized crib, crib mattress and bumper pad and it was all great quality and in good shape! I had a hard time deciding on the size of the crib to get based on where we were staying and they were so helpful and gave me their recommendations based on my hotel!! The best part is that there was a miscommunication with the hotel for drop off (on the hotel's part) and they weren't going to let the company drop off the products. This was all while we were flying so we weren't aware until after the fact. Thank god the company pushed to let the products be left there or we wouldn't have had a place for our 3 year old to sleep. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. The pick up was also super easy, we just left the products in the room when we left! Best customer service I've ever encountered!! I used A Baby's Choice over the winter holidays and as I am setting out to make another reservation to rent car seats for my next trip to Florida I am reminded of my horrendous experience with this company. While making the reservation on the phone I had asked if I could be assured that the car seats were never in a car that was in a car accident. I was told by The Car Seat Lady, a popular car seat expert who knows anything and everything about car seats, installs hundreds each year and is called upon as an expert to speak on talk shows, that this was a very important question. A car seat can often become ineffective if in an accident. I was told by Gary that this was a ridiculous question. When I explained the reason for my question he began to tell me why he knew better than anyone. It was the most arrogant customer service experience I had ever dealt with. When the seats were installed at my parents Florida home and I arrived to Florida, I saw that the car seats were not secured tightly enough. You are not supposed to be able to move the seat and this seat was practically coming off the car seat by about a foot. When I called, again, his arrogance was shocking. There was no apology. He told me that I was informed that the good car seats were rented out and I was aware of this. Excuse me? If you don't think ALL your car seats are good then you shouldn't be using them! In any case, he sent someone over to switch the car seat to a 'good car seat' and the seat was fine. I will NEVER use this company again. He berated me on the phone because he was insulted that I would ever suggest that he was not 'the car seat king' as he self-proclaimed to be. He is full of himself and I would not trust the advice on car seats that he doles out. He could have 20 years experience and install 1000s of car seats a year. It doesn't mean anything if he doesn't know what he is talking about. read more

First time using them -- ordered a crib and high chair -- everything came on time, clean, and sturdy.

Traveled for the first time with our year old son to Miami, and the thought of either a) lugging everything he needs on a daily basis along, or b) being without these things were both equally as frightening! Gary helped me figure out everything I might need while down there, and arranged it so that our hotel room was set up and ready to go when we arrived - high chair, bathtub, monitor, play yard, sound machine, and fantastic toys (he had asked me about my son and what he liked - then chose the PERFECT toys for him). They delivered and picked everything up without any problem, everything was in great condition, and it made our trip 10000% more enjoyable. I would not hesitate to call A Baby's Choice again on our next trip down. read more
