At first I almost didn't reach out because I didn't want to drive out for a small difference, but I decided why not if I already spent most of my day glued to the laptop comparing the popular platforms already. Best decision I've ever made. She did both mine and my boyfriend's tax return and truly got him such a large amount and all that was owed to him. Unfortunately for mine, the refund estimate I got on one of the online platforms was larger than what she was able to get me. HOWEVER, she didn't charge me for helping me with mine, and still took her time, let me ask questions, didn't rush me out when I told her I rather go with the larger option through the other platform. She's truly a professional, kind, woman and is now the official tax preparer for my family for the years to come. We can't thank you enough Melissa!
