Let me just say that, we were not in the best of spirits and tow guys I have experienced in the past present a challenge. Surprise, Ryan did an assessment, explained the possibilities of what maybe the results, based on how the car was situated. Okay, this is different. He when to work with the first option to give tractor to the front wheel drive, and then on to lifting the rear over the boulder and driving forward. YES! We live outside of Philadelphia and my daughter was traveling in Latrobe for work when her car broke down. After searching the internet for a local repair shop, I came across excellent reviews for Randy Redinger and Sons! They truly live up to the excellent ratings as they repaired my daughter's car quickly and it was done well within the time they said they would get it done! Car repairs are a pain, but if you are in the Latrobe area and have issues with you car, I highly recommend this shop as their are courteous, fair, affordable and they deliver when they say they will!

We had some frustrations with his…read moreGPS sending him halfway across the city and I have crappy hearing so we had a hard time understanding each other over the phone. But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being). We were both tired and frustrated and yet he still went above and beyond and did what was best for me and my car.

The driver, Gene, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided suggestions for nearby auto shops and hotels. He charged us a very reasonable rate for the tow, given the fact that he not only dropped our car off at a shop, but dropped us off at a hotel afterwards. Great service, this was a silver lining in an otherwise terrible situation.
