It seems like ANY TIME i ask ANYONE a question about ANYTHING i get huffs and puffs, like its an issue. I understand being understaffed and busy but that's no reason to treat customers bad. My last visit, made my decision to not longer visit this store so much easier. My boyfriend purchased a little Trac phone flip phone. We both specifically asked if we had ANY issues could we return the phone. The women pulling the phone out the case said, as long as we had the receipt it wouldn't be an issue. We buy the phone and when we got home. I opened the unsealed box to set said phone up && to my surprise there was NO BATTERY at all in the box. So of course i call the dollar general only for the manager that answered the phone to tell me they can't do anything about it. They also tell me to call track phone because they are the ones responsible. So of course i do && the track phone person tells be that because i bought the phone at the dollar general and because it hasn't been activated that its not on track phone it would 100% be dollar generals issue. Which i agreed with because i did buy the phone from them... Well i couldn't get anyone to answer the phone after that..... So i guess ill either buy the battery separate or just be screwed out of the phone all together. They said they couldn't refund me my money, or trade the phone out... What a joke.
