If you are looking for a Upholstery Business please stay away from this company. The owner is rude, mean, and unprofessional. I needed to get my roof upholstery repair when I was driving by Havendale and noticed his business sign. I went to his shop and he was outside with a huge loose dog jumping by his side therefore I beep my horn to get his attention towards me as I was not coming out my car with the dog being loose. He looked at me, wave his hand up and walked inside ignoring me. I then called the number on the outside sign and he answered. I asked him what I was looking for and he said "Are you the car in my driveway? and looked directly at me from inside. I replied "Yes" he then said abruptly "I do not do that. Have a nice day!" and immediately hung up. He left me with my mouth open. As I was driving off he walked out and I said to him thru my windows that he was very unprofessional and he said loudly " Not my fault your FAT, LAZY ASS did not come out the car." "Get out of my Driveway!" Once again, I couldn't believe it! I kept my cool and drove away as I did not need my two little kids ages 6 & 8 who were with me to hear this man talk to their mother like this. I did not deserve this treatment at all. How dare him speak to anyone like that. This owner may have a business but lacks moral value, professionalism, and customer service. And although I was offended even though I am not even a big person and certainly not lazy what really hurt me the most was that my babies had to witness this type of adult behavior. My parents taught me RESPECT which this man has a lack of. However, this type of encounter just makes me a stronger woman and mother and makes me continue teaching my children moral values. It is truly sad to see a business owner treat a customer like this can't even imagine how he treats his family. My advice is if you want to be treated like a human being do not go to this place.
