Terrible business with shocking ethics. Many reviews on google where customers are overcharged on installations that are not even necessary, often ranging into the multiple thousands of dollars where the current equipment is later discovered to be fine. In our particular experience, when these quotations were questioned prior to installation, we received verbal abuse to the point where he was paid the call-out fee just to get him out of the house in fear that he might turn to physical abuse. DO NOT go with this company! I got my antenna installed by this them. When my antenna did not work I followed the steps on the back of the invoice and it still didn't work so asked them to fix it. When Ash came he said I had to pay a service fee even though it was still under warranty. He became very threatening and intimidating and was going to take my power pack away unless I paid him.
