Always use A&B Taxis, they are always a fast service. Drivers are friendly and love the text and call back system. They always use What 3 Word so when I'm on a night out and don't really know my location A&B still find me. Won't use anyone else. Always nice cars too read more

Appalling service from this company !! My son was seriously unwell last night and had to be sent home from work, he could hardly stand up he was in severe pain(which resulted in 9 hours at Basildon hospital). When the taxi showed up my son needed help to walk to the taxi and as he got into the car the driver started to protest and insist that my son was drunk and proceeded to throw him out of his taxi! The kind men who were helping my son tried to explain to the driver that he was staff and was unwell but he was having none of it !!! This caused so much more distress to my son , I can't imagine how he must have felt! I would never recommend this company to anyone ! read more

I spend over £300 on a monthly basis with this firm my bank statements can proof this. The taxis drivers are not the problem it's the controllers , all calls are recorded so the owner should listen to every call I've made and will understand that it's the controller with the attitude. They are rude they try to put words into your mouth. When I asked who the governor is I was told it was a male I need to speak to and he is in every morning from 9.30 however, when I called to complain and also request him to listen to all my calls that way he would hear the appalling attitude from staff, instead I was lied to by a female who stated she was the manager, when actually she was one of the controllers that I was going to complain about . I simply stated that I was told the owner is a male she then accused me of being sexist and put the phone down on me . Don't use them you be better off with a Uber or value cars at least you won't get abused. read more
