I requested an estimate from this company and they gave me a good price so I chose them to replace…read moremy roof. I told them I had $4500 to spend. I never specified if it was liquid cash or credit. They came right out and replaced the roof. I then went in to pay them with a major credit card and was promptly told they don't take credit cards. I tolr the lady I didn't have that much liquid cash. I told her I would have to pay it off on a bi-weekly basis. I made 2 payments of $250 and $260. I then went in to make a $400 payment and the lady refused payment. Told me I had 4 days to pay it all or they were going to "take action ". I would not use this business unless you have the full amount ready to put in their hand. Apparently they have not moved into the 21rst century and don't have a credit card machine. I mean, it would be different if I wasn't making any payments at all, but I was and she treated me like a bum. I have a good job and would have them paid off in a few more months.
